Helldive 9 Diff Solo with Plasma Shotgun & No Stratagems | Purge Hatcheries | HELLDIVERS 2

A solo helldive fun run using only our starting weapons and only the resupply pod with no other stratagems. The Plasma Shotgun works fairly well in this particular mission since you can lobe the shots like the grenade launcher to clear the eggs easily. Though I'd probably stick to my handy Slugger for usual runs.

A fun run without using any other stratagems, apart from resupply! Purge Hatcheries is probably one of the easier missions to do since you can aggro the bugs from afar to lure them out of the hatcheries, loop them around, rush in to clear the eggs, and lose aggro by running away. With the Plasma Shotgun, you can also lobe it like the grenade launcher to clear some of the eggs from afar. I went with stun grenades as they would probably work better during extraction to help kite and stun the bugs around the extration point, but lucky me, I have the cliff to work with!
Thoughts on Plasma Shotgun - interesting weapon with AOE pushback and decent enough damage. Need to get used to the projectile arc to get accurate shots from a distance. Though you will be in trouble if you get constantly swarmed by hunters since you can kill yourself with the explosion - you do have your secondary Redeemer for that, but it has low ammo / mag. You can kill a Charger by placing your shots underneath it, but that requires practice and having no other bugs around blocking your shots. Personally, I'd still stick with the Slugger as it is easier to use and also deals with medium armour.

Haha not a big fan of the shield pack? It is really useful though, just to block those annoying stagger hits from hunters.

Stim replenishes stamina

Using stim replenishes your stamina fully, like what captain said. So you can make use of that to sprint longer.
