I have read that the Power XL Grill is hottest at the right end (near controls) and decreasingly hot as you move left, so you were right to flip the Kabobs end-over-end. Thanks for your help. The manufacturer could do a much better job of providing educational materials, but they don't; so, once again, thank you for your help!
