The white fiber you have in your bag in the alpaca part of the video is actually a form of mohair I think. It definetly doesn’t look like suri alpaca. But I love the video, such a lovely oversight. And I looooove your experimental hair. Congrats on your first and great video.
You might be right because I have my doubts (I bought it too long ago and can't find the listing) but it was too late to change it. Thanks for commenting!
Thank you so much for this video! You did a wonderful job on it, and as a beginner customizer I found it very useful and informative! I think it’s fantastic for a first video, and your pronunciation for most things was really great! (And I love your dolls with the experimental hair so much, they’re all so shiny and fun!)
Great video to learn about the different hair fibers for dolls. I liked that you wouldn't talk about the non cruelty free kind, good for you. We need more caring people in the world. Thanks for making this helpful and informative video for all of us doll remake artists.
I really dont know why your were concernd! Your work is soooooo amazing and I learned a lot about doll hair. I also think that the video turned out wonderful and I am very impressed, because you pushed yourself out of your comfort zone. That is really courageous!
lately i used faux fur in a reroot (the hair was like 3cm long). i unraveled the fabric and picked up the strands. one strand was enough to fill one hole of the head. it was not as tedious as you could think, and you don't even need a big sample of fur to achieve the reroot on a MH doll head.
Your dolls are absolutely gorgeous!! I love your style so much and I’m so excited that you have a youtube channel now! Great job on the video btw, it was super informative and very well-explained 💞✨
I needed this video. I've worked with kanekalon for my own hair and have a particularly straight batch that came in and is the right color for my project.
This is such a great resource, thank you! I found the whole video really interesting because I really like doll hair XD also your English is amazing, don't apologise for it!
Such a thorough and informative video! I pretty much only use Nylon and wool for my dolls, I definitely feel like I should probably expand on my materials, especially with all the information in one place!
Thank you so much for a very informative tutorial which will definitely help because I am fairly new to this wonderful world of custom dolls. Looking forward to seeing your next video 👍👍👍👍🤗🤗
When I saw my doll there, I was like "Oh, that's mine =D" for a split second until I remembered that we talked about it x'D This was very informative! I think the yarn curling might be a "you problem" like you said, I have curled yarn for one of my customs in 2017 and the curls are still as beautiful as they used to =) I didn't use a curling iron (yours is so tiny, how can I find something like this?? xD), but a metal chopstick that I heated up xD And I love the pearls on a string! I used them for one of my customs, it gives such a nice effect =D ALSO also, I think the hair I first said was Monofibre was actually said to be Polypropylene xD which would make more sense. Buuut anyway, nice video!
It might also be because of the brand of yarn because it's the only time I have problems curling a fiber. Thank you for letting me use one of your pictures and watching the video!!
Thank you so much for making this! I'm about to buy my fist pack of nylon and I needed that extra knowledge to finally take the plunge😁 Edit: we need to see more footage of your customs😍
Yarn I use spray in leave in conditioner...makes it easier to brush though Just started rerooting lol, trying making longer length, wrapping up more yarn... 4 or 3 unwrapping yarn braids 🤔 , I not doing glued hair...messy and longer to drying timesv Thank you 😊 💓
I really like your accent and your voice. Do not worry, it is a perfect and helpful video!:) I hope you'll share more videos in the future. Btw I usually use nylon for reroots, I prefer over the saran. For other looks, I prefer Tibetan fur and mohair. I also tried silk, soy and bamboo. I like viscose and mohair. I like them too, they are very similar, just one is synthetic and the other one is natural. Where did you get the hair curler btw? I really like it, the size seems just perfect! ps.: I LOVE your banana girl ❤
Thank you so much for this analysis! Very informative and comprehensive video. I'm not very experienced in doll hair and I think I totally needed that. Hope to see more videos in the future 😊
Have you ever held a project mc2 doll...what do you think the hair fiber is, I really like it and hope to find the fiber to use as a future custom? Great video btw, I haven’t really seen a video about polyethylene
I hope u make more videos. Question, how did u get that many subscribers with one video? I am having trouble getting subscribers. I try to make videos that people like but no success. I even asked what they would like to see and no response.

Love 💕 it. I speak Spanish my first language. I love your video
Your dolls are so beautiful!
For larger dolls, you can use human hair. I let mine grow long especially for that reason-I want to make a mini-me eventually
Does anyone know which one would be the most close to human hair? I only work with human hair and I cannot find the color I need.
Thank you ❤
Beautiful.💖
Thanks a lot for the helpful tips!
congrats ! this video is amazing !
Which hair are suitable for kids. I mean the ones that don't tangle as much and have high resistance to pulling.
I looked on eBay but I can't find any colour changing nylon hair, where could I find it?

The angora goat’s fiber is called mohair, so what is the difference between mohair (goat) and Angora (goat)
Thank you for this 🥰❤️
Do you have a page where we can find viscose/rayon hair or even alpaca?

We need a tutorial how to straighten kanekalon before rerooting the doll 😭
