    My teacher once said “weed shouldn’t be illegal its alcohol that should be illegal. Because when you’re high you’re just chill and all but when you’re drunk you can get into accidents and stuff” and I agree with her sm

    i was diagnosed with severe anxiety and i feel you on everything. i would skip a class if i was late or not do any assignment that has to do with speaking to the class 😭 that’s back when i didn’t smoke i think now i’d be more chill about it.

      Me too girly. I used to have panic attacks everyday to the point where ambulances would come to my house and school. I’m getting better with my panic disorder but my depression has now kicked in more. Life will get better x

    only one minute in, but I just wanna say, middle school & high school were both really traumatic for me as a person with social anxiety who was forced to wake up and throw myself into a crowd of mean kids every day… and having a video like this to watch while I was getting ready in the mornings probably would have helped me so so much. just knowing someone else out there was going through the same thing would’ve comforted me enough to get by. ♥️

      high school was So traumatic. so much anxiety mixed w mean ppl mixed w bullying teachers. its the worst situation for teenagers w mental illness, and all of us are mentally ill at this point

    I used to have terrible social anxiety but after I started smoking It’s gotten sooo much better like it rlly helps me not gaf what other ppl think and it just helps with overthinking as well

    no because ur so right, trauma makes a person who they are. i used to get so much anxiety for everything, i recently started meditating and it helps you stay focused on the present moment, so now i have less anxiety because my mind isn’t thinking about all these little pointless things. hope you try it :))

    I know exactly how you feel, I’m a junior in high school and I got diagnosed with anxiety and a panic disorder in 8th grade. It was so bad that I had to start doing online school because I would have panic attacks every morning when I went to school and my stomach would hurt I had to have my mom pick me up almost every day. It’s very stressful but I believe in you girl, you got this💪❤️❤️

      If u wanna start smoking but u don't wanna do weed, use gum wrappers (peel off the shiny part) and make a little filter out of a thick paper bag strap and stuff it with lavender, thyme, rosemary(as a pain reliever and stimulant) and start with that. It's easy to obtain (im a minor and I can easily get it. I have semi-strict parents too) and you'll feel better. I js do it whenever I'm home alone which is pretty rare. It helps if u go outside and do it and just chill. Eat smth after tho.

      I thought the same thing! I’m 23 now, but my anxiety was just like she explained from 5th-12th grade. I would feel so sick and worried about unnecessary things with other girls who hated me for no reason (never talked to them or only had short simple conversations with them). It’s calmed down since I left high school and the state, but it’s crazy how I did and felt that everyday for all those years.

    I wake up with sm anxiety and ppl just don’t get it, it’s hard to speak and socialize it really is and I don’t wanna come off as rude to them it’s just idk. But music helps sm it shuts me away from everyone but calms me, and I love your videos sm :)

    When I tell you. This is my morning routine everyday before work 😭💖 Goes from not being able to move my legs, then coaching myself to the bathroom to get ready. Tbh my favorite pick me up is a morning smoke sesh. One of the main things that brings me out of my anxious shell. I loved watching you enjoy yourself and not feel defeated by your anxious moments!     Always had anxiety through school. Missed many days and barely passed onto the following grade because they gave me issues on missing too much but I made it through. Just keep pushing through! If I can do it you can too!

    I’ll give you some tips that have helped me with anxiety. I know I’m hella late lol, but productivity and self care are my top helpers to anxiety. Make sure you don’t allow yourself to go hungry. Stay hydrated and make sure to snack on nourishing foods that you LOVE. I was told that the after effects of caffeine have a lot to do with anxiety. Get enough sleep and spend time away from technology for about 30 minutes to an hour per day :))

When I heard that you suffer from anxiety it made me realize I’m not alone. I started smoking weed a year ago, to help & it differently does the job.     Im just trynna help, Anxiety is a condition that causes you to feel extremely worried or nervous. The feelings are so strong that they can cause problems with your daily activities or sleep. Anxiety may be triggered by somethings you fear, or it may happen without cause. Family or work stress, smoking, caffeine , and alcohol can increase your risk for anxiety. Certain medicines or health conditions can also increase your risk. Anxiety can become a long-term condition if it is not managed or treated. This is literally what the paper said when i got Diagnosed at the hospital. Hope this information can help

    I never liked to say I was depressed or had anxiety without being actually diagnosed because it’s simply not something to play with. But Idk it’s weird that I have those feelings , mainly before I drive on the highway I feel really nauseous and I start lowkey panicking and just watching this and understanding that I’m not the only one feeling this is amazing💯I feel you and I’m so happy I came across this video , I wish you the best love!❤️❤️

    It’s pretty crazy how I’ve gon through this exact shit and held it all in & these videos would’ve been a great help for me when I was in high school but nice to know I wasn’t alone because I honestly just felt stupid so I stayed quiet

    Your describing exactly how I feel. Watching this I can feel your anxiety.
    The feeling in the head for me is like cob webs, like there’s a buzzing but I can’t really hear it.
    What’s the anxiety for? It’s the fear of the unknown. That’s why it goes away when you get to school. I have ruined so many good situations or opportunities because of my anxiety. If I’m late for school and the class is already full when I get there, I will not go in. I have to be one of the first in the class or I won’t go. Having everyone look at me when I open the door is more than I can handle. The anxiety is to much. Then I’ll cry because I’m angry at myself and angry at the anxiety for making me miss that opportunity. Your so right in saying that others dont know what it’s like until they’ve been there. Most importantly, it doesn’t come with an off switch.
    Thank you for posting this video. Hearing you describe the anxiety and what it’s like helped me.

    I'm currently getting diagnosed for ADHD, and while my judgement does not mean anything, some of the things you were describing are things I struggle with as well and those struggles are common among people with ADHD. If this interests you, you should do some research into it :)
    (but quick side-note: some people who struggle with anxiety have symptomes that resemble ADHD and vice versa so it could just be anxiety tbf)

    ok i love this video so much like … relatable asf . but personally (ik everyone is different) what helped a bit for me was to stop claiming my anxiety. so fr i sat down and told my anxiety to shut up and go away and i stopped saying “my anxiety….” and again personally it helped me take control over it

    i have terrible anxiety. i get it when im just laying in bed for no reason and i start to get heart palpitations. every time i leave my house i feel like im going to pass out. i start feeling nauseous, dizzy and i start sweating like crazy. it’s super frustrating because im only 17 and i worry that it’s going to be like this for the rest of my life. but you’re a big inspiration! i really relate to this a lot

    girl i totally feel you i got diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and panic disorder. my anxiety got so bad that i cant go to school i switched to home school the end of my freshman year and im now a junior. it's literally hard for me to go anywhere in public i literally throw up i just cant and sometimes it gets so bad to the point where i cant eat. but i'm glad that there are other people out there that are the same way as i am so ik its not just me. btw you're so pretty❤️!!

    You remind me so much of myself, I struggle w anxiety on the daily but I promise it does get better. I ended up dropping out of school and isolating myself bc it was so bad, but I’ve finally started to overcome things my anxiety would always hold me back from. But please remember it gets better sweet girl, you’re doing amazing!!

    I quit smoking weed and cigarettes for over a year now. Started exercising every week and eating healthier. My anxiety is much lower and my focus has drastically improved. I also take paliperidone for anxiety and depression. It all helps and works for me.

    Girl when we were younger I used to fangirl over youuuu!!! You popping up on my recommend was nostalgic asf & I had to watch this video & this was me when I went to school😞 I still wake up with anxiety even though I don’t go to school anymore and I work from home.     5:30 even though i feel you, cause i felt like that for a while, let me tell you that other peoples actions are not what makes you "you". you are how you speak to your mom/grandma/friends, how nice you are to a stranger, you are what you choose to do when you encounter certain situations. you are unique in your own way because you are in total control of your actions, regardless of the mean things people try to throw your way. i struggle a lot with anxiety, have been for the past few years, but it sort of brings me peace to know that at least i do half of the stuff i want to do; even if im scared shitless, feeling nauseous and cant sleep days before.

    God bless u bby thank u sm for making this you have no clue how comforting it is to see that a lot of us are in this together. But at the same time it hurts so much to see people going through this cause I know exactly how it feels ik that heavy feeling in ure chest when u wake up that doesn’t seem to go till the second u fall asleep . And I just wanna say to u and anyone else going through the same , that I see you , I see how hard you are working just to live a ‘ normal’ life litterally just to function and ik some days it feels to heavy to bare and that’s completely okay .Sometimes things can just become to much and so it’s important to take as much time for ureself as possible . Read books that bring u calm , listen to music that warms youuuu . I’m on this journey too and I’ve started looking into diet changes ( the guts responsibly for serotonin production and regulates anxiety so it’s crucial to eat properly to feel better) look into wim hof breathing techniques! They are proven to reduce anxiety but most of all let’s all just be kind to ourselves it’s okay to be tired sometimes , but I promise it will get better .     I have always been afraid to put a label on this same feeling that I would feel every morning before school or even just going outside of my house alone. But after watching this im realising that, that damn i might have anxiety i never knew thats what it was. Also weed has never looked more appealing to me than after this video

    Going to school and having anxiety is the WORST. The amount of times I’ve just not gone to class is crazy 😭 I try to get to class as early as possible because I like getting there while there isn’t a crowd. Just awful though. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only person dealing with this but it’s nice to know I’m not! Really wish I could just wake up one day and not have it. Makes getting stuff done SO difficult.
