Very cool! Let me know if you feel any difference practicing the 6x6 breath, as opposed to the 5x5 breath. So happy to hear you are feeling calmer and more focused. 😊

nice thanks again for your videoz! Was wondering what do you think of implementing this while joggin? Would it be considered a dangerous or risky practice?

Hi @Elie G. I do often recommend a box breathing pattern to my jogging/running enthusiasts as a sort of extra challenge. The cadence you select will be very dependent on you as the individual. For me, I'm not a runner, and even at a fast walk, 6x6 box breathing would probably be too challenging and uncomfortable for me to sustain. If you are a very solid and confident runner, who already nasal breathes with ease while running, than I would suggest starting with an easier box breath, just to feel it out. Maybe a 3x3 or 4x4. If that is too easy for you, then, of course, you can experiment according to your needs. You are in total control of the exercise, so I don't think "dangerous" is the issue. Just be mindful. I think worst-case-scenario, you can't sustain this cadence and you just stop or alter it. Does this make sense?
