@RockyMountainPuzzler it is extremely hard to find puzzles here at any of the thrift stores. I do watch for deals on Amazon, puzzle company sales, puzzle store sales. With shipping costs right now unless I'm looking for a specific puzzle that is out of print it's often cheaper to purchase new than purchase used and have it shipped.
Thank you for another fun video! It was good to see what you found at the thrift shops. Rescuers down under, I’ve never heard of. But I live down under, in Melbourne Australia 😊 I really enjoy your videos! ❤
You have a really nice haul. The Dowdle puzzle looks like a lot of fun. I like the images on the Jane Wooster Scott puzzles. I also enjoy Charles Wysocki. Always enjoy seeing your pup. Rescuers.
Love the "Rescuers from Downunder" puzzle (and to this day, I didnt know that's what it was called in English). I grew up watchin it in German and it had a completely different name! Glad you picked it up!!
Wow that winter cabin looks hard. They had a lot of cute puzzles. My Goodwill never has many puzzles. I find them at Savers. I want the horse. They had several I like. That is the price theseb days at thrift stores. I am getting tired of missing pieces. 😊💖
Yay great job! That makes sense. Well you can come along with me in video form, and also let me know if I should keep an eye out for anything specific for you when I’m thrifting for puzzles.
Ceaco is pronounced "See Ko". Jane Wooster Scott reminds me of Charles Wysocki images and I love them all! I worked Painted Lady by Joseph Holodook and really enjoyed it 🙂 Rescuers looks like it will be fun!
Karen Puzzles just did a video with a whole bunch of Jane Wooster Scott cork Ceaco puzzles she just bought.. She was super excited about them, so I think you may have scored getting that one!
Nice haul, thanks for sharing. I do love a thrifted puzzle, but I never buy them if they are loose in the box. I did chuckle at you saying it was expensive because as you said it I was thinking your thrift stores are so much cheaper than here. Your thrift stores are enormous, I feel like visiting America again just to visit some. 😁. Ive got a Jane Wooster Scott puzzle to do. Her images are nice aren’t they? Also love a Dowdle, both are a bit more difficult to find in the U.K. Also never apologise for life getting in the way. It happens. I had a RESCUER mini film as a child. Ha, showing my age a bit now. 😊
Oh that’s too funny! They love to slap a $3.99 on every puzzle no matter the condition or piece count and it drives me crazy. Guess I will be more thankful for them still being less expensive. I’ve not done one of hers unless I did one growing up. That’s fantastic! Excellent job and age is just a number 😉🧩
Never tried thrift stores. $4 for a 500 pieces. It's a bit of a gamble. What is your experience so far? I had missing pieces twice this year in brand new sealed puzzles so...
So far so good. I usually have pretty good luck. Missing pieces in a brand new puzzle is one I haven’t dealt with yet. I’ve just started buying new puzzles this year though so I’m sure it can happen. That’s crazy you’ve had it that many times already? Did the company have a missing piece policy?
@@JigsawJohnie Interesting I’m pretty sure ravensburger has a missing piece policy so you can get that taken care of. I’m not sure about Buffalo games I will check and see.
@@JigsawJohnie It looks like Buffalo is trying to have a missing piece policy there seems to be a form you can fill out. It doesn’t seem to be as straight forward. Might be a good thing to make a video on both and your experience with it??
Do you like to do thrifted puzzles too?
Or are you a new puzzle
Only style puzzler?

I 💜 do thrifted puzzles. I have a couple of stores that I go to weekly. I also buy new puzzles. Rescuers!
I prefer a thrifted puzzle over a new puzzle any day 🧩❤!
Wow, the Old McDonald puzzle looks so fun 👏🏻! Didnt expect that 🙀!!
I’m doing it right now and it was brand new! Great find!
I loved that movie as a kid! R-e-s-c-u-e rescue aid society head held high touch the sky you mean everything to me! Rescuers down under!
I was singing along to your comment, soo cute! Thank you!
The missing pieces at GW went to the puzzle right to the left of your hand.
Oh man… I was feeling a bit awkward about filming so I guess my attention was off a bit. Thanks for noticing 🧩
@@RockyMountainPuzzler No worries!
Rescuers! Love that ❤
Awe thank you so much! And Yay for getting it 🧩
So nice of your mom to get you a puzzle! I've seen that one before! I hope you'll enjoy it ❤!
Thank you it was a fun one.
I definitely have a similar winter puzzle in my stack 😅!! Love the one you have, too!!
So glad you’re back online! Welcome back!

I especially love your furry friend at the end ❤
Awe thank you so much he is a sweetie ❤️

Yay! Thank you soo much! It was definitely harder than I was looking for that day. I miss having a savers near me.
I love Charles Wysocki puzzles too!

It was a fun one to do rather large but had all the pieces so that’s fun 🤣
Rescuers!
@@PurrfectlyPuzzled Yay great job! 👏
Im very intrigued/scared of what was going on with that fuzzy cat puzzle 😂😂
Ha ha you’re not the only one… it literally had fur???

Missing pieces are the worst. It ranks right up there with mis fits in a puzzle as well for me.
Rescuers!! Great video. I don’t shop thrifted anything as I am homebound, so most of my puzzles are retail.
Yay great job! That makes sense. Well you can come along with me in video form, and also let me know if I should keep an eye out for anything specific for you when I’m thrifting for puzzles.

@@PurrfectlyPuzzled Thank you! That is Amazing! I am super curious how they are to do?
Love your videos. I imagine you have some great tips for puzzling in small spaces.
Thank you I hope to do a video on puzzling in small spaces 🧩
Have a fabulous day!
I recently worked the last puzzle you showed.
Oh yay!
Did you like it?
