The embarrassment and humiliation of someone sticking a finger up your butt was so bad I worried myself sick for weeks before went once but canceled all subsequent appointments

If we can do it, you guys can too. I promise you'll be okay. It looks and sounds way worse than it actually is. By the way I suggest having a woman do it only because they have smaller fingers. Yes, it may feel a little more embarrassing to some, but as everyone knows, size does make a difference. After you do it the first time you'll see how easy it is, I promise. YOU GUYS GOT THIS! @davidxtian Unfortunately not, the grading of prostate cancer is based on its appearance under the microscope. The doctor can get some estimate of the size of the prostate from the prostate exam but it only give two dimensions not all three
I had mine checked 2 years ago but m issed the free exam this year, for some unknown reason. My psa was very low and rectal exam showed no cancer but a somewhat enlarged prostate.Does anyone know if cancer can develop that quick to today?

I have been dealing with urinary issues for ten years cuz I didn't want to deal with all the medical procedures and somethins wrong with me and I wish I was just dead. Do not do a biopsy insist upon an MRI prostate test instead as it’s much less invasive much more accurate and the only reason urologist wants to do a biopsy is because he makes a small fortune on each patient and makes nothing on the MRI. the MRI is much more accurate and non-invasive!
