Toya, I know it feels like everyone on here might have an opinion, but (from woman to woman) I encourage you to fearlessly take as much time as you need to get back into it. It took me 6 months and I felt like it was going to be the rest of my life. Like not being as fit as I was before was going to be the new me. Let me tell you, it all comes back, just a little slowly and enjoy that time with your new little family instead of stressing over when you can do squats again. I’ve followed you all for a while and though I’m not pregnant I am working on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength and this is now one of my favorite workouts!
I did this in place of the 100 rep challenge today. I loved it. I went low on my weights because I felt my body needed that. I saved it ti do again and plan to incorporate my heavier weights for some things. Thanks, Toya!!
