I regularly watch CarWow and DougDemuro and other bunch of car review channels and I have to say , this guy does amazing reviews, he does in depth and is engaging to watch cuz of his light humor every now and then.. Keep it up, your style is awesome.

I wonder if Ford can develop a Ford Everest that is based on the Ford Ranger Raptor. Maybe a Everest Raptor?
Proud to have the Everest(Endeavour) in India. Its a 3.2L 5cyl 4x4AT. Pushes 235ps(200ps stock) with aftermarket re-map. Fuel efficiency however is just 10km/l but I think its great for 2.5T vehicle.
I have a Ford Ranger with 10-speed, same trans as this one. Most people think that it will go through all the 10 gears, but it will actually skip gears depending on your speed/rpm/load, etc. Also, there is a feature where you can lock gears, like only allow 1-3 (disallow >4), useful when you are going down a mountain to save on the brakepads. You can also go into sport mode, that way you can lock on the lower gears.
I really like " there's also a fly that comes optional".. you always amuse us sir Caco!

by looking at the ceiling, I notice they removed the Active Noise Cancellation on newer model. they're should be mics around the ceiling for there active noise cancellation. but saw none in the video. still a great suv tho.

The only thing I dont like about the everest is that AC vents are positioned so close to the steering wheel. Your hands get really cold at the 10 and 2 position of the wheel.

I love how Caco is actually trying to be fair with the Everest by trying to say things like "but the Montero only sits on an 8-speed automatic transmission" to make people see it's worth.
But the downside is, enthusiasts and those who are in this industry knows how that "advanced" 10-speeder can actually be problematic at times. Not to mention the lack of telescopic steering adjustment in a 2021 mid-size SUV.
So yeah, personal preference at the end of the day but the Everest being a segment leader was long gone IMHO.

The A pillar in the Everest and Rangers are so bad, a motorcycle or biker or a pedestrian can be blocked in this spot and get run over…. Only one of the few complaints i have with this model

Not really .. been an owner of 4 ford vehicle (fiesta, everest, ranger and ecosport) .. wala naman problema .. stigma na lang cguro
Mura mga parts ngayon kahit anong brand... ford vehicle parts ang dami online...pero 2013 kng ranger 100K plus na milage nya wla pa akong napalitang parts ni isa....gulong lng at change oil at brake pads yun lng....

Ford PH runs out of replacement mechanical parts. When they did, my car was sh33t after only 5 years.

In Indonesia, MU-X is vehicle for gold, coal, nickel mine or stuff like that if u don't wanna go with double cabin 😅

Commonly Indonesian peeps just use double cabin to pass those roads, like Triton, Hilux, Ranger or Navarra (cuz they are cheaper than full cabin version) but, the price of MU-X is close to the double cabin cars. So, many company choose MU-X for their operational car. That's why MU-X as known as "Operational Car" in Indonesia 😅 rarely to see MU-X in the city, because Indonesian peeps commonly just use Fortuner, Pajero Sport, Everest, Trailblazer for their ladder frame SUV as daily car.
