Augmented Reality with Tinkercad's iPad App

Tinkercad has made it really easy to view 3D designs in an augmented reality setting. Combine that with the iPad’s native screen recording feature, and you’ve got a great way for students to tell and share the stories of the designs they create.

Is the Tinkercad app on an ipad the only way to view files created with Tinkercad in AR? We are a laptop school but do not have ipads. Anybody know? Is there an android app?

The AR feature is just on the iPad. One strategy might be to get ahold of one or two iPads for your class, then have students take turns signing into them to view and record videos of the projects they designed on their laptops.
