Can TF2 YouTubers beat my escape room?

- What happens when I actually try to make a decent TF2 map instead of trolling? Presumably this! This is a single player TF2 puzzle map meant to emulate an escape room. Each person is dropped in with no information and has to make it through each room as fast as they can. Can everyone make it to the end in a timely manner, or will the inferior stock be weeded out? Time will tell!

to be fair, when i went through this map i did the entire last zone without the base jumper by c-tapping off the lava and grabbing the big health packs so reset the fire damage

i don't mean to brag or anything; but when they got to the pyramid and i saw the discolored top, i instantly said "Stand Atop the Four Pillars" all excitedly, then i saw four pillars and jumped outta my chair.
I remember that one star in sm64 dude, so so well!

Out of all of them, FSOAS was definitely the angriest. And it was a pure and unfiltered spite. This and the birdseed line convinced me that he was ready to kill GB.

Slug(s) is also used as a name for "solid ballistic projectiles". In this case it may reference how the sentry "eats" demo pipes and stickys

You're going to give them trust issues if you keep choosing them for these things
I don't how (if you could have) implemened it, but incorporating the Dalohkos bar into the final solution would have been great, because:
1. Don't Feed the Birds: Chocolate is actually poisonous for Parrots
2. Heavy wasn't used in the map at all, so it would take people a while to consider him the key, even more for a lunchbox item.
3. The Map would have started and ended with a Minecraft feature, feeding cocoa or cookies to Parrots in Minecraft kills them.

escargot is also snails, not slugs
Slugs also means Armed ballistic Projectile, which means the sentry likes eating slugs (demoman pills)

these are so enjoyable to watch. This was a genuinely well-made map, I loved every section's puzzles. But apparently, no one playing in the video has ever played Super Mario 64 in Shifting Sand Lands to stand tall on the 4 pillars.
the reveal that Fish said the exact words "sus amogus" completely unprompted, implying that that's where Blue got the idea for Zenith's hint was beautiful

"Can TF2 TH-camrs beat" is quickly becoming my favorite series on the channel
I decided to play this map myself before watching the video. I didn't realize that you could set brushes to only be destroyed by certain classes and spent nearly an hour trying to figure out how to destroy the wood blocks. I immediately figured out the "Atop the Four Pillars" part of the Egyptian area, but in exchange I lost my connection to the item servers and couldn't finish the last area (I didn't feel like starting over). Aside from the Minecraft thing being kind of obtuse it was a pretty decent map.

out of the 3, the person to realize the trigger for the torches was the ammo packs was the one person who didn't even look at it when the torch was lit. Even better, the other two looked *directly at it, crosshair over the torch* and somehow it didn't click.
I actually tried the map, and I got stuck trying to find the red key. Put that shit in the most innocuous position possible. Stickyjumping was hell. Everything else made me feel clever and it almost made the few thousand hours I had in TF2 worth it. Almost. 9/10.

Thank you to this video because the first section made me want the Thermal Thruster which go me to play Casual Mode for the first time in like 3 years, get 2 Pyroland contracts done, which allows me go use the Thermal Thruster, get given items that aren’t Christmas Crates for the first time in years, including the Detonator which you need for this map, and manage to get someone kicked for aimbotting as Soldier because they kept shooting people through walls whilst facing the opposite direction somehow (Which by the way caused the rest of his team to switch to Sniper so they could keep instantly killing us).

Tried it before watching this, was fun. Took me about 62 minutes (I did restart at the second point because I thought I screwed up, but in the end it didn't really add that much time so I just took my second trys time). I spent way too long looking for the key (checked my time and I spent over half an hour in the third point). Also the demo jumping took me way longer than it should have. Speedran through it again just for fun and it took me about 11.30. Probs could drop it down to under 10 if I didn't still fail as much.
Zenis is the best player to put in these challenges, genuinely effortlessly funny guy

one idea i had, is doing something similar to CS:GO, where you'll upgrade from tier to tier using 10 skins from the same tier to upgrade to 1 skin of the next tier, however where they could add a twist is by letting players choose the skin of the next tier.
But idk if thats a good idea
I absolutely love this! So much fun seeing three people figuring out which mechanics can be used to solve the puzzles. Large improvement on the last map. Keep it up.

i played the map before watching the video, and i thought you broke the wood by burning it with a flamethrower to weaken it and then break it, the back scratcher apparently worked. with the stone, i thought you had to weaken it with a rocket and break it afterward, i just happened to have the escape plan equipped. i also thought you had to shoot the targets in the third room with huntsman arrows to activate something. after a painful 160 minutes i finally beat the map. it took half an hour to find the incorrect shadow, and another half hour to find the engineer.
