For here 2:16, do you restore after you factory reset or before? Also, do you have to do the cloud backup thingy at the start of you do that? Oh. Also, if I do the cloud backup at 2:16, will everything be saved without doing the other stuff?Thanks

You need to activate Quest 3 Developer Mode. You can search it on the google, it's easy to setup.
