I dont recomend doing this exercise if u dont know how to do it properly. I recommend doing the duck quack and make sure it sounds baby-ish while engaging diaphragm support. Im pretty sure ur exercise is to strengthen the vocal muscles but it’s easy to do wrong. This is called twang btw, it is used to improve tone and high notes but make sure to use diaphragm support
