Rubbing my hands has only ever worked once :/ When I realise I'm lucid, things become blurry pretty quickly, especially if I move. I've tried being calm, asking for better lucidity, falling backwards, touching things, creating a lucid ring... No avail. I end up going in and out, over and over, and spend most of the dream trying to stabalise on loop...

Check my video about how I had 11 lucid dreams in one night (since then I broke that record, with 13 in one night using the same steps) and about how meditation impacts lucid dream frequency massively, at least for me: th-cam.com/video/bMO3r8lBIDI/w-d-xo.html :)
Had my third lucid dream last night. Managed to faze through the ceiling so that was nice. Lasted like two minutes though so lets see what I can do about that.
i think that last night i had my first lucid dreaming with reality checks too, and i looked to my hands, i was in my room, and when i opened the window was snowing, i tried to go to another place, but i didn´t.
I can only perform about two actions in lucid dreams before I lose my ability. My lucidity fades soon after, maybe two minutes later. My most recent lucid dream was the first in which the dream continued after I faded out of lucidity instead of the dream just ending then and there, so my hope is that soon enough I’ll be able to extend the length of them and learn how to control my power!
I had lucid dreaming few days back.. I met some people in seventh floor, interestingly I climbed really fast.. and I went down and remembered to go back up but that room doesn't exist
I think I had a lucid dream since I knew I was dreaming but it wasn't as clear as I thought it would be and I couldn't control it as easily. I tried the trick where you say "I remember that truck behind me" but that still didn't work.
I’ve had lucid dreams before but they were always very blurry and not real looking at all except for one time a dreamt that I was at my grandmas house and it was exactly like it and I new that I was dreaming and I new where my physical body was in real life and I looked around
I've been trying to lucid dream for 2 nights, about to go to my third. I have had sleep paralysis in my past, seeing some spooky things. I remember the first time I had one. What caused it was the fear of getting it. I am afraid this is my downfall upon the path of lucid dreaming. I have seen your videos about how it isn't so bad, but the actual thing felt so much worse than explained. Any ideas on how to get over it? Thanks.
ughhh i had a lucid dream like a month ago by accidentally realising i was in a dream I was holding a cup of tea and shouted out "Hey! I don't like tea! Wait... I don't like tea?" and things became lucid from there and I could control everything, but i didn't have any sort of good list of things to do in lucid dreams so i woke up fast and have gone back into my lucid dream phase recently but have failed since
Thanks for the rubbing the hands together i tried Clarity Now mantra but it does not work for me but rubbing hand and making dreams vivide is what i needed, i just need to break the dream roll play i gets into automatically. I practice more realiyy check.
Each time I try to lucid dream I listen to an audio book. I really want to lucid dream but my heart starts pounding. My lucid dreams are like 5 seconds long.
I was in a lucid dream but i was in the middle of a war and a bullet was coming right for my head but right before it hit time froze and i was the only that could move it was really cool
Hey! I’ve been lucid 2 times and the same always happens. I did a reality check and it was hard to see if it worked or not. I did bunch of other ones and finally realised that yes it for sure is a dream. But when I start moving somewhere my vision is very blurry and poor quality. I am constantly scared I’ll wake up because of this. How can I improve this, so I can look around completely without such a bad eye sight?
OmgAstronaut at least tell me you're getting 25 kills without dying I mean we don't need a hacker in dream world. it's people like you that ruin lucid gaming.
Best way to create things on your dream: visualize it behind you and turn around, if you want to go somewhere, create a door using the first tip and imagine the place you want to go behind the door, then open it and bam
This morning I had woken up at around 5am to end up falling asleep again at nearly 6:15 then I had like 4 different short dreams almost all of which I was lucid in. Does anyone else have a dream, wake up, go back to sleep right after, then almost go right back into another dream. Or what about waking up from a dream in another dream and not realizing it at first.
I'm a newbie LD'er, only had a few lucid dreams but they were all max. 10 seconds. 3-4 were only maybe 5 seconds. In one of them I tried to meditate, only focusing on my breathing, and I still couldnt stabilize the dream... so sad...
can you make a top 3 easiest methods to lucid dream. I've been trying to lucid dream for days now and every time I do i get sleep paralysis or get scared of astral projection.
Why are you scared of Astral Projection? It's as safe as Lucid Dreaming, and potentially just as much fun. If it happens, enjoy it! Thoough Projection is a lot harder to do than Lucid Dreaming so I don't imagine you'll end up doing it without a lot of practice. The method I say all beginners should use is MILD: Set an alarm to wake you up after 6 hours of sleep. Decide what you want to do in your lucid dream (as a beginner, I suggest just deciding to explore during your first 2-3 lucid dreams. Otherwise you'll get too excited and wake up) Repeat a phrase in your head like "I will be lucid in my next dream" for 2-3 minutes. Then go back to sleep. That's it. With the MILD method, the only thing you can do wrong is setting the alarm wrong (for example, if at midnight you set the alarm for 6am, but it takes you 30 minutes to fall asleep, then you only slept 5 hours 30 so the alarm was wrong. Take into account how long it takes you to fall asleep and include that in the alarm time. In that case, since it was 30 minutes to fall asleep, starting at midnight, you'd have set your alarm for ~6:35am or so). I don't really recommend any other methods to beginners, because it's easier to do other methods once you've already had a lucid dream - and it's also very easy to mess up most methods if you don't understand the instructions or do something wrong.. but with MILD the only thing you can screw up is the alarm time. So it's the most foolproof method. If you want to increase your chances, then in addition to doing MILD every day: listen to my Lucid Dreaming hypnosis track each night before bed (th-cam.com/video/9KOkPjpKc_Q/w-d-xo.html) , perform regular reality checks, and meditate for ~20 minutes+ each night.
Tipharot thank you so much! and I've just heard form several sources that when you leave your body in the astral realm, there's a chance you can't come back or can be possessed by dark entities so I don't want to risk it. Anyway thanks love your videos! keep up the good work !
Those sources you've heard from obviously don't know what they're talking about then. Neither of those things is possible. I think this comes from the misunderstanding that if you're having an out of body experience you have to have somehow completely left your body/left your body open. In actual fact, you remain in your body the whole time, you just project a double. If for example you die in the Astral, immediately you'll wake up in your body like if it was just a dream - even if you were millions of miles away out in space, it's instantaneous, because you were never gone. There's never a disconnection that happens between you and your body. The same goes for possession, you're never leaving anything open to possession because you've never left in the first place. Unfortunately there's a lot of misinformation out there about Astral Projection - mostly from people who don't have any experience with it, hear the term "out of body experience" and start jumping to incorrect conclusions about what that entails. Then there's the other subsection of people who do Astral Projection and give out this misinformation simply because it sounds cooler if people think what they're doing is dangerous and risky. Anyway glad you're enjoying the videos! Good luck with your Lucid Dreaming :)
Try not to get too 'spiritual' about it. You're dealing with your subconscious nothing more. There's a lot a rubbish out there. And ignore anyone waving a bloody crystal or selling you something.
When I try to rub my hands together I feel like it works but after awhile the dreams fades away too fast to where I cant raise my hands fast enough to rub them together
If you find that happening, one thing you can try is waiting for it to fade away. Just remember to remain perfectly still. If you wake up and remain perfectly still, you can enter another dream.. but there's a good chance you won't even wake up, and you'll just be in the blackness behind your closed eyes for ~10-15 seconds and then enter a fresh dream.
one time i was dreamin that a whole bunch of people jumpin me and i was like “Wait hol up? am i dreamin?” and then everyone stopped and looked at me and i panicked and i jumped real high and fell down which is what woke me up
HOOLY FUCK. Last night i had a lucid dream and it began fading away so i yelled stabilize! And nothing happened... then i started thinking of the word in my head but not saying it, and everything became super clear!
Couple questions:When you’re in a lucid dream, do you remember things about your life? Like do you think in the same way that you do in your waking life? In other words, would I feel like my current “self” sitting here on the couch when I’m in the dream? Secondly, I wake up like 3-5 times a night some times. Each time I wake up I’m usually able to record a dream. Should I attempt a lucid dreaming method each time I’m going back to sleep?
David Martin when you're in a lucid dream you cannot feel what you're body irl feels I think anyway you'll just feel what you feel in the dream I can't speak from experience however
There's levels to lucidty.. Some just like life itself with super powers.. Most of mine are as if I just woke up from a long nap.. Conscious yet slightly confused.
Habe the black void thing alot I'll even consciously hear and understand my surroundings but if I keep my eyes closed I'll either start dreaming or stay in the void but time goes by alot quicker and I will feel rested when I wake up. I've had 2 hour long car rides feel like minutes like this. But I rarely lucid dream Any explanations?
This video is so helpful! I've finally decided to stop smoking pot and I've become lucid three times this week already, but they're so short because I try to get outside as fast as possible so I can fly, and before I even get through the wall, I'm awake. Next time, I'm going to just focus on being lucid and observing the current surroundings first. Thank you!

Hey Tiphaort I dreamt about waking up in rem and using mild and then I entered a dream where I was lucid like 5 seconds.Do you think this is a good start?
hello just found this channel and i cant wait to have my first lucid dream hopefully soon thank you so much for making these awesone videos but i have a question and a story. so when I was little I used to have terrible nightmares all the time usually I died in pretty horrible ways, getting eaten by spiders, buried in quicksand, drowning in water, the entire floor of the earth is covered in dead bees with their stingers facing up (that was my most painful dream I'll ever experience, literally felt like I was stepping on stingera) however some time later something snapped one day and every time when a nightmare was getting extremely bad I got lucidity, but I only got lucidity at that time. normally I used to just close my eyes in the dream and want to wake up then slowly I began to feel myself waking up which is extremely weird try it. anyway I'm asking what could cause that? is it normal to get lucidity for only portions of dreams or nightmares before you can get complete lucidity or do you have entirely lucid dreams. thank you for taking your time to read this.
Everyone's experiences with lucid dreaming vary, but I'm glad you shared your story because I actually have something similar. I no longer can have nightmares because since it's very rare for me to feel those kinds of unpleasant feelings in real life - and used to be very common for me to feel that way in dreams, the moment I have any kind of nightmare feeling I instantly become lucid. I tend to do what you do when this happens, simply waking myself up. I think because of the negative setting of a nightmare I'm at a lower level of awareness so never think to simply turn it into a regular lucid dream, but instead simply end it. Just keep practising lucid dreaming techniques and you'll start getting lucid during your regular dreams too :)

damn 11 !!! i hardly have 1 in 1 week D: nice for you if i can control my dreams god damnnnnn i will fix all my problems this will be awesomeee
Keep a food and exercise diary... There may be a link to inducing LDs. Exercise for me usually triggers LDs.
My dream was kind of short I started yesterday and I saw my best friends no more details hehe

Can u now?
@@jesusisking8632 I’ll be honest man, I haven’t been keeping up with trying recently lol.
Imagine if you lucid dream only so that u can spin until you wake up :)))) what a great way to spend your time while lucid dreaming
You will not wake up unless you open your eyes. Like he says in the video, you will enter a void.
I've been trying to lucid dream for a week now I've not been successful any tips?
What method(s) have you been trying, and how exactly have you been doing them?
Tipharot I've been trying the wild and the fild methods
They're pretty advanced methods for a beginner, I would recommend MILD and WBTB to get your first lucid. It worked for me.
SilentAssassin01234 thanks m8
What is WBTB, MILD, and Wild and fild? Still a noob dont know the terminology
I had lucid dreaming few days back.. I met some people in seventh floor, interestingly I climbed really fast.. and I went down and remembered to go back up but that room doesn't exist
once in a total accidental lucid dream i swimmed in air and i came to the some town
Thanks.
I had a lucid dream but it feels like some things in that dream where never there. I was flying around and then randomly I went to a park
Luckily keeping calm in mine made me last 10 mins (but it was really 40 real time minutes)
I often get dragged back into the story of the dream so i stop being lucid, what can i do against that?
ughhh i had a lucid dream like a month ago by accidentally realising i was in a dream I was holding a cup of tea and shouted out "Hey! I don't like tea! Wait... I don't like tea?" and things became lucid from there and I could control everything, but i didn't have any sort of good list of things to do in lucid dreams so i woke up fast and have gone back into my lucid dream phase recently but have failed since
7:00 this seems like its very important to me. I think i understand alot more just from you saying that.
Thanks man
My only lucid dream was when I ate a ice cream and i didn’t realise I was dreaming then I woke up
Sometimes, I end my dreams on purpose
I had a lucid dream that was very long (not long in real life but in the DREAM) it was something like 20 days but I remember everything just as 1 day
thanks
I was in a lucid dream but i was in the middle of a war and a bullet was coming right for my head but right before it hit time froze and i was the only that could move it was really cool
I once knew i was dreaming. I stabilized the dream, i moved.
I woke up
You stabilized too much its real.
@@Rzra wot?
I haven't had a lucid dream yet but I heard you need to stabilize your dream when this happens
Im a biggest fan of nukes so i always dream that my city gets nuked. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
OmgAstronaut at least tell me you're getting 25 kills without dying I mean we don't need a hacker in dream world. it's people like you that ruin lucid gaming.
Stop playing cod mw2 or dont use nuke as ur kill streak
The Mayor of Dream City wants to have a talk with you....
Use superpowers
What would happen if u took a hallucinating drug in a lucid dream ?
should work if you experienced it irl
Is it possible to spend more time in a dream than when you sleep, like a few days?
The way you described Astral projection reminded me of quantum entanglement, the two "you's" are connected instantaneously, faster than light.
When I try to rub my hands together I feel like it works but after awhile the dreams fades away too fast to where I cant raise my hands fast enough to rub them together
If you find that happening, one thing you can try is waiting for it to fade away. Just remember to remain perfectly still. If you wake up and remain perfectly still, you can enter another dream.. but there's a good chance you won't even wake up, and you'll just be in the blackness behind your closed eyes for ~10-15 seconds and then enter a fresh dream.
one time i was dreamin that a whole bunch of people jumpin me and i was like “Wait hol up? am i dreamin?” and then everyone stopped and looked at me and i panicked and i jumped real high and fell down which is what woke me up
Instead of trying to control the dream is there a way where you are able to spectate and watch the dream, like a movie?
The better you get the scarier.. Had a few where I wasn't sure I would wake up, but that's ultimately my goal.
This may sound strange but...
One thing that I do sometimes is I'll go barefoot in my dreams so I can feel the ground below me.
My first was when I was little a tree fell and I realized and I picked up the tree and put it bake
Habe the black void thing alot I'll even consciously hear and understand my surroundings but if I keep my eyes closed I'll either start dreaming or stay in the void but time goes by alot quicker and I will feel rested when I wake up. I've had 2 hour long car rides feel like minutes like this. But I rarely lucid dream
Any explanations?
Can someone tell me if a dream can be lucid, not lucid, and then lucid again? And what does that mean?
Yes it can. It has happened to me before.
I do several reality checks even after going lucid
This video is so helpful! I've finally decided to stop smoking pot and I've become lucid three times this week already, but they're so short because I try to get outside as fast as possible so I can fly, and before I even get through the wall, I'm awake. Next time, I'm going to just focus on being lucid and observing the current surroundings first. Thank you!
i had 3-4 lucid dreams and it happened in each one of them
Am i the only one who never had a lucid dream before and is kinda scared for it bc of sleep paralyses idk how to spell it but i rly wanna know what it feels like it looks so unreal like u can fly and do anything i rly wanna try it tbh-
In my first try at being lucid last night after haven't tried for a year I managed to become lucid. I couldn't see very well but I summoned both some coins in my pockets and darth vader down the hall but then it stopped being stable. I tried meditating mid dream but I woke up. (All of that happened before I saw this video)
The people in my dreams don’t even listen to me though, they’re always too busy and ignore me :(
Whats good hey sorry i have a problem where 1 i cant control people and my surroundings 2 i feel pain in my lucid dreams can you help me ?
Hey Tiphaort I dreamt about waking up in rem and using mild and then I entered a dream where I was lucid like 5 seconds.Do you think this is a good start?
my mum said i cant make myself lucid dream by keeping a dream jurnal and things :( but if it just happens im allowed so i hope it happens XD
hello just found this channel and i cant wait to have my first lucid dream hopefully soon thank you so much for making these awesone videos but i have a question and a story. so when I was little I used to have terrible nightmares all the time usually I died in pretty horrible ways, getting eaten by spiders, buried in quicksand, drowning in water, the entire floor of the earth is covered in dead bees with their stingers facing up (that was my most painful dream I'll ever experience, literally felt like I was stepping on stingera) however some time later something snapped one day and every time when a nightmare was getting extremely bad I got lucidity, but I only got lucidity at that time. normally I used to just close my eyes in the dream and want to wake up then slowly I began to feel myself waking up which is extremely weird try it. anyway I'm asking what could cause that? is it normal to get lucidity for only portions of dreams or nightmares before you can get complete lucidity or do you have entirely lucid dreams. thank you for taking your time to read this.
