When you wash your hair and after you dry it, finish with a rub of oil, morrocan oil, warm it up in your hands and apply sparingly. One pump should do it, maybe half a pump for your length. This works generally for me. Wash your hair less often too, I only wash my hair twice a week as I have very dry hair.

Run a fabric softener sheet over your hair I know it sounds crazy but it Def works !! I rub my whole head of hair with a sheet using the dryer sheet like I'm towel drying it .. of course make sure your hair is dry before doin this but please try it and let me know if it works as well for you as it does for me

I went to Walmart Supercenter on the last day of January, Kimmy. I bought 4 "12-ounce" Pioneer Woman condiment squeeze bottles and a "12-ounce" Mainstays condiment squeeze bottle from the kitchenware section. I bought a "40-ounce" bottle of Kraft sweet honey barbecue sauce, a "38-ounce" squeeze bottle of Heinz ketchup and a "32-ounce" Great Value honey from the condiment aisle. I saw the round plastic mayonnaise jars and biggest Hidden Valley ranch dressing squeeze bottles from the same aisle. I bought more supplies, including a small round vanilla bakery cake. I'm keeping my 2 reusable "16-ounce" Oxo condiment squeeze bottles, separately having ketchup and honey barbecue sauce, but I separately filled up my 2 Pioneer Woman bottles with French's yellow mustard and Mrs. Butterworth's pancake syrup. I filled up my Mainstays bottle with pancake syrup. I'm keeping my 2 other empty Pioneer Woman bottles so I can play with 'em.

We have had a severe winter storm and my husband just had major surgery. Which in the south is something that causes most people to panic shop. I did not go shopping. Opting instead to rely upon my pantry to get us through. I did venture out for milk yesterday after being snowed in for a week. That trip has made me so happy that I have an emergency supply area as well as two freezers, since the grocery store had absolutely no produce or meat in stock.

I started to use what we have in our house. We are a family of two and I was so tired of spending $200.00 one day then, in less than a week spending another $150.00. I watched your videos to see what I need to do differently. I am diabetic so instead of pasta or rice I’m using cauliflower where needed. It’s been fun to come up with dishes and not going to the store. Thanks for your input.

2 things I might suggest to you, for hair static keep a dryer sheet in a zip lock bag in your purse if static becomes a problem just rub this on your hair and presto its gone. Also I was pained with you doing all that garlic, I buy many bulbs of garlic clean them all at once using my mini chopper I blitz them add them to a Mason jar cover with oil and debubble, cover and place in fridge this lasts at least 1 month but you must make sure all garlic is coveted with the oil. You can use the garlic, you also have garlic infused oil. I just keep topping the garlic with more oil.

I think using grocery pickup, delivery or pnline grocery shopping depends on your cooking needs. I have not had great experiences with grocery pickup or delivery. I like to use fresh produce and meat in my cooking but using someone else i don't always get the best quality items. I am not a person that uses a lot of processed ingredients so that type of shopping doesn't work for me. I wished there were alot more shoppers that were more conscious of fresh quality ingredients, i would definitely use their services

Another tip stop using boxes or be wise when you have boxes on that scanner. Make sure it's a full box, the correct product for them to scan the box. Buying by the box may have savings but if they scan a box instead of the 12 you have in it...the box may say 24 items @ ×× you only had 12 watch and be diligent you have the correct amt, and the correct box on the line. This is why aldis , trader joes says pour out all boxes they know you you might have 30 instead of 24, or 20 instead of 24. Both are incorrect. Costco and Joe's, and Sam's boxes may be cheaper just be aware of dates, unsealed boxes, amt, and type. Type is key also because it can be the same type of box but more expensive if it's flavored. They are getting smart about people adding product like meats to boxes so you will see them pulling everyone out and counting. Don't accidently steal this way it's very common you don't want anything else in those boxes. One lady had her kid stealing watches in her meat box. If you have that gimme gimme kid check everything.

I’ve added the French fried onions to tater tot casserole, which I make with green beans and cream of celery. I think mushroom soup would be fine and taste closer to green bean casserole. That could be a good combo. Also, I added sour cream instead of milk in my casserole this past holiday. Had a tad sour cream leftover after making hash brown casserole. It was so creamy and rich tasting.

Do you have advantage cards in shops in the US?
Here in the UK when we buy something points are added to your card & you can either save them or spend them on special offers.
You can buy things on offer with them.
In Tesco they send you your points through the post which you can spend on things.
It’s amazing how quickly the points go up.

I wish we could budget for $800 - $1000/mth for groceries here. That is more about what we spend every two weeks, and there is not alot waisted, and nothing much for food storage. 18 pack of eggs at Costco here is $7.06 for example. My oldest and I just made a Costco run this evening that cost about $230, and the cart was about 1/4 or 1/3 full. I'm hoping to grow more veggies this year and my husband just did his hunting course or gun course or something. We are hoping that he can a hunting license next year to supplement some of our meats with moose instead to save that way. It is stupid expensive here for everything. This is the first year the we have seen "tent cities" because housing has gotten so expensive, and for nothing really. I'm just glad we bought our house when we did.

I try not to do major groceries only perhaps once every 3-4 weeks, it's exhausting, I usually buy 4 joints to last the month. as we always have a roast on Sundays. I did invest in meat hampers, like Chicken breasts, mini fillets, steaks, meatballs, pork loin, bacon medallions, and mince Which we will have for 2-3 months as there is a lot and we are a family of 4. I made sausage and egg Mcmuffins, blueberry muffins, and mini choc croissants for breakfasts as well as cereals or Nutella on toast. loved the video. xxx

I save more money by going into the grocery store, I only buy the manager special marked down meat. All of my fruits and veggies come from the red bag marked down Kroger shelf, the bags are 1.00 and they sometimes have a variety of items. I also look for discontinued items, they are marked down in the price is usually half just because the manufacturer has changed the packaging. I'm on a much tighter budget and have to do these things now. There are two of us and the grocery budget is 25.00, we eat twice a day. Husband gets free popcorn for lunch at work. We have been eating mostly out of our pantry and trying not to waste anything. I don't know when things are going to get any better. This is not sustainable for us and I know that. In the spring I will put out a garden and that will help some. It's getting tough in my area of the country and really we are doing better than most. Our house is paid off, so we will be fine. Be careful buying those packaged pork loins like that, they aren't even a pound of meat and asking 9 something for them at Kroger, sometimes they have them buy on get one free however, they almost always double the price of the first one. They aren't even a pound of meat, your actually paying more for them than just buying a regular pork loin. If you read the package they are pumped up with water and chemicals. Always read your packages and look at the cost per weight first.

Ok static hair 1st tip...it's not winter or your hair. Stop wearing fleece, flannel, sweaters, or knits. ...if you are wearing blanket material...well there you go. Numbers 2 stop using hair spray go to a gel or just put in conditioner use either moisturizing Pantene or the deep conditioner tube Pantene comb it thru. Dont be thinking i have thin hair ill use the thin straight shampoo..nope use one if those 2 types. Straight hair shampoo has ingredients that just mess your hair up. Both are no-nos. Stop brushing. No one needs to brush buy a comb and a pick. You are promoting split ends by brushing. Just wash conditioner in wash out add conditioner..finger thru or Pick. Then add conditioner all day long..trust me. Get that mane back in shape then you can use less all day long. And drink lots of good water to keep skin hydrated.

For 5 minutes of shopping during the hour, you burn 15 calories. I think that is what google is saying. :) I made homemade pizza for dinner this weekend and have leftovers plus one in the freezer. I am so stocked up that I do not have to buy a lot of food. We spent way too much in December so I am super frugal with Jan. I am only buying "must haves" at the grocery store. I don't budget food but I saved all our receipts for Dec. and realized we spent SOOOO much on food. I'm done with that! Thanks for the video.
