    hip flexors - 3 sets of 30 seconds on each side (a minute for each set and 3 minutes in total)
    tendu kicks? - 2 sets of 30 seconds on each side (a minute for each set and 2 minutes in total)
    kicks from first - 2 sets of 30 seconds on each side (a minute for each set and 2 minutes in total)
    arabesque kicks? - 2 sets of 30 seconds on each side (a minute for each set and 2 minutes in total)
    front leg extension - 30 seconds on each side (a minute in total)
    straddle lifts - 3 sets of 8 on each side and 1 set of 8 on both legs
