Thank you for all the classes. Gurl you making me confident with taking on jazz and lyrical shizz!!!! Can you do some kind of combine thats kinda choreo-ish but still a practice of techniques and strengthening? I'd love to train more coach! Thank you so much
I would love a real-time, follow along video of the same dance team conditioning that you featured in this video here ( it's not really 'technique', but if you ever have time...): th-cam.com/video/d5CVW241QR0/w-d-xo.html
Great session, thank you. Really enjoyed the tendus, practice turns, and the jumps. You are mindful of the limited space we presently have, so this makes it easy to follow without the risk of damaging feet or furnishings! (Having a pet making an appearance, gives a unique "edge" to your video... I love it 😊)
You are amazing by the way! You don't talk to much and you are gorgeous also. I really appreciate you just want you to know someone appreciates your time. I'm looking to be a dance influencer/creator..this is actually very helpful. Good job!
It definitely will help! After a while you'll want to move on to more advanced exercises and switch things up a bit though because your body will adapt to it :)
Hey, i saw a video you posted about your ACL injury. I had the same injury a year ago but I haven’t fully recovered and idk I don’t know much about recovery ;( any tips you could give me. I recently found myself so passionate about dancing even tho i’ve never danced before but i felt sad bcs idk if i can learn that cuz it’s a heavy activity on my knee. So idk, what u think? Also, what helped u with your recovery? Have you done a repair surgery? i also partially tore my meniscus. Honestly i feel like i’ve been denying what happened or trying to avoid how i feel or repressing that cuz I don’t have support n no one understands. currently, i’m able to workout, recently been able to jog but it’s risky cuz sometimes it hurts and often, i could feel like my knee isn’t stable enough. so idk if there’s something I should do or what
I completely tore my ACL so I had surgery. I was out from dancing for about 9 months. I’d definitely talk to a doctor to see what you should do if you’re in pain! Hope you feel better soon!
@@KayleenBabel thank you!!! 🥺🥺 doctors said that I completely tore mine too even tho it was swelling when they did the mri so a third doctor i went to told me that there might be a chance that it’s not fully torn only cuz it doesn’t show that vividly cuz i did the mri shortly after the injury n it was swelling. But that’s optimistic and inspiring to hear. If it’s okey to ask, did they use a donor tissue or a a tendon from your hamstring or something? I’m glad you’re doing better and i’m glad i came across your videos! Thank you!!
this one was definitely one of the most difficult for me to do by far but i'm proud of myself for accomplishing it no matter how many times i messed up
Hi! I noticed that my releve on my left leg doesn’t get as high as my right and I also scrunch my toes on my left leg. Would you say that it’s because my left ankle is weak?
Let me know what technique/terminology you want deep-dive videos on! I will do separate videos on those!
