    Trying this tomorrow, but I’d just like to say thank you :> a week ago I discovered your dance stretch video and at the end, was able to do my splits for the very first time. You made me do something I thought was impossible for my body and I thank you for that

    I have gotten so much closer to full, flat splits thanks to your invigorating and straight forward stretching videos and I thank you so much! This goalie is thrilled he discovered you and your amazing channel.

    soo I tried this out for the first time and my tilt was a bit close to happening, but after this stretch, I was closer than ever! thank uu!

    Can you give any tips on how to open up tight hips? Whenever I attempt a tilt, splits, and certain exercises my hips cramp up and I need to come out of it. I feel like I have so much potential but I’m limited because of my hips. Do you have a video on this problem? Btw I love your content!

      The same thing happens to me somewhat in a middle split but in a straddle I feel my left hip A LOT and i always have to stop the stretch.

    I have the flexiblity for a tilt just not the strength hoping to have the strength to hold it this summmerrrr
