It's a shame they didn't do very much of anything with him in PMEX, only having him appear as a semi antagonist in the Rivals event and forgiving N after getting captured in the Plasma Villain event, but Hilber was ultimately the big hero. Still my boy's THEME SONG!

It's not terrible, he has a passive that restores Boufallant's HP when it's about to faint, and another passive that can negate any recoil damage whatsoever

This theme is a really good remix of the original. The Sync Pair however, is not their best work. A Normal-type Striker? Seriously? They shafted him so bad...
@@Debloko666 If they wanted to make him a Striker so badly, they should have at least gave him Recoil Removal 9 like Classic Blue. I still think he would have been better as a Support, where types don't really matter that much

he has an interesting passive skill though. Once he hits 0 HP, he gets a full restore and goes back to full HP. He pretty much has 2 HP bars.
