By far, the IT Crowd is my favorite comedy of all time. A crude sense of nerdiness, and that subtle sexist comedy. No offense meant, but really, go watch this show.

Heston Blumenthal, the chef he addresses at the end, is known for trying all sorts of experimental and chemical things with the food he serves. The joke does rely on you knowing that otherwise it just seems like a wacky dream sequence but the reveal of Heston at the end contextualises the meal.
