    Thank you for this video. I have a deer problem and always wondered if these worked! I will be investing in one of these.

    I’ve researched this on Amazon(read all the comments/reviews) and am
    considering it. Please post updates on your success. I have several areas deer browse so that’s one of the issues, plus not wanting to block use of my hose(s). Might need to add a splitter to the hose bib maybe? Deer already ate my first rose growth Tuesday night!! Argh!

    What happened to David and you, reminded me of the 70s song "Car Wash."😄🌱

    My neighbor uses this in the solar version. I bought one but haven’t used it. I’ll have to try it this spring!

    Something munched on one of my bachelor buttons recently! It had to be a rabbit.
    Nothing else touched. Don't think that they liked it.
    I haven't placed any vegetables yet. Just getting ready for Spring.
    I will keep this on my proverbial shelf and use if necessary!! TFS Brie!!

      Something ate my BB buds this week too! I couldn’t believe it, Pretty sure it was a rabbit. They’ve been around.

    if you put a water timer on the hose and set it to early morning and late evening, you will get a wet by accident a lot less. my wife made me move mine because she kept on getting soaked

      This has a night setting. But the deer are active all the time which is why we have it set for always right now.

    I also have a motion detector sprinkler in the backyard to prevent deer damage. But I am trying to find a timer that I can set to open the water valve at 9:30 p.m. and to turn off at 6:30 a.m. because I don't want to spray my neighbor in the morning. Because the deer enter the property from his driveway and I have it set up along the property line. Do you do you know of a timer that would work for this application? The timers that I have reviewed will work for 240 minutes or 6 hours.

      I’m not sure I’ve ever seen one that dies that. There are mist timers that you can program more specifically.

    Let us know how it works. My motion sensing camera doesn’t pick up rabbits or groundhogs. Also. It’s useless if the lens fogs up.

      I think it depends on how you have it pointed. We noticed that when we had it raised high for deer it didn’t trigger from the cats, which may be for the best 😹

    How close do the deer have to be to the sensor?

    • @BrieThePlantLady

      That is adjustable. We have it set up for 10’

    Nice video, it's helpful and by the way it's Sensor not Censor. 😉

      Yes it will spray at anything that moves, including cats.

    I have a query. After setting it up, do you leave the tap on all the time? Wouldn't it waste water?

    • @BrieThePlantLady
      @BrieThePlantLady  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, it only sprays water when activated.

    • @NoChinaforever17
      @NoChinaforever17 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@BrieThePlantLady how does that work since it's connected directly to the outside tap? I mean you need to turn the tap to switch it off.
