    I had my daughter, Hope Ananiah, 11 weeks ago today. Her birth went very quickly and smoothly without complications. I did your prenatal workouts 4-5 days per week my entire pregnancy which I believe contributed to such a great labor and delivery.

      I was very fit before pregnancy, worked out regularly
      during pregnancy, walked alot. But my labor wasn't quick at all, 23 hours. I guess everyone is different:)

    I love this and all of your workouts. They are perfect and always have options for modifications and advanced. I also like that you include warmup and cooldown sections in the video, I am always lazy to do another whole video to warm up or cool down. I also really appreciate the monthly calendars! Thanks!

    I’m 17 weeks postpartum today and have been working out with you for 10 weeks now. In this short amount of time, I have been able to correct my diastasis recti (I had guidance from a physio as well), build strength, and tone my body. I feel wonderful and it’s all because of following your workouts. Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️ I plan to keep using your workouts even if I can safely move to other workouts because your videos are very refreshing, always interesting and challenging, and you have such a wide variety. Reminders about form as well as quotes about motherhood are always a great bonus too.
    I have 2 girls - Elena Emmanuelle is almost 4 years old and Giselle Gabriella will be 4 months in a couple of days 😊😊

    Thank you for this video! Love the focus on form, having a warmup and cool down stretching--especially in places new moms need most from hunching forward so much with feeding baby! A lot of these moves were ones my PT shared for postpartum so it was fun to see them in a video put together for a workout. Made it much easier to do everything!

    This is my go to postpartum workout. I love it, thank you! My favorite thing is that you have us stretch the muscle we JUST worked out before moving to the next muscle workout. It feels so good to do that!!! My baby's name is Vienna, after the Billy Joel song ❤ she is about to be 9 months 🥲

    I had to seriously modify most of these and just stay in the positions active resting for the most part, but my muscles were burning and feeling it. I did it at my own pace where I could and this is exactly what I wanted in terms of guidance. Hopefully in time I'll be able to do the exact exercises at that pace. I'm 7 weeks postpartum and gained 53 pounds in pregnancy. My daughter is a tiny little precious baby ❤️

    So great! I have been following your videos since my 1st trimester and my baby is 10 months old now and is named Calvin. I started with the 15 min workouts and now can do 30 min! I would love to do some 45 min ones next if you post some :) . I love your channel!

    Henry! We named him Henry :) Thank you so much for these workouts! We had such a smooth delivery, the doctor said it was an incredibly clean delivery with very little blood loss. We gave birth in triage (when we went in earlier they said it was false labor lol) but I really credit the workouts you post for me having such a safe and healthy delivery! Thank you!

    Great workout! 2 months PP with baby #3 (2nd boy, name is Hank ❤️) and this was a great one that made me feel the burn right away! 😳 The rainbow! Timed this to where Hank joined me, got in some tummy time after, and is currently going down for a nap as the two older ones are waking up. Just love the timing of it all!

    I am 12 weeks postpartum. Despite all my planning, I had to be induced and after 2.5 days of laboring I started getting an infection and baby Amos's heart rate started going up, so i had an emergency c section. Amos was born at 10 lbs 11 oz, which explains why he wasn't coming out. We're both happy and healthy, minus my legs feeling like jello rn.

    Omg I did this workout wearing my 22 month old (he couldn’t sleep so he had to join my workout time) and I was sweating buckets lol 😂😅 I could barely do the lunges & squats 🤣Was a huge physical challenge with him but he enjoyed all the moving & by the end was very sleepy so it was a good workout! I do miss baby wearing when they’re infants though. It’s a whole new ballgame wearing them as toddlers! And beyond! 😅

    My husband and I did this as our first workout today! I am 12 weeks PP with our first son, Mason. I had a lot of fatigue and joint pain during my pregnancy leaving me very weak in my PP period. Very thankful to have found these videos! We hope to follow along and do many more!
