She could have paid for an entire lifetime 0-18 of a middle class child with all the legal fees of her own and Clayton's she'll have to pay. Those fake fraternal twins sure were expensive.
Its like Gingras watched some 1980s B movie about a ruthless lawyer and decided to base his style on it, not realising that its 2024 and the world has changed 😂
I watched that interview you’re taking about with Clayton and I understood him to be talking about Gregg, Mike and victim 0. I could be wrong though. Regardless, she’s still a serial abuser.
Gingras is lower than a slug. He set Laura up by getting her to attack not only Clayton but Dave Neal. While behind her back and his public image he was telling Clayton’s lawyers that he felt she had a mental illness. But did he do the right thing no not Gingras he bleed her for money and continues to do even after she has lost this case. Even to the point of telling her he is going to appeal even though she has been referred to the DA for prosecution. But he’s that low he is still putting useless motions before the court. Even allowing her not only bad mouth a judge but also doing it himself. Is he hoping to retire from what he has earned from her in all the motions and other things he filed. I wouldn’t be surprised if the judge puts in a serious bar complaint against him, and I can’t see the bar complaints ignoring a complaint put in by a judge.
I absolutely agree with you TUG that it is terrifyling how a tragic mistake can slip through and ruin lives. For KR, if several counts are found "not guilty" can the person be retried for those counts?
For those wondering why there would be live ammo on set: We actually don't know how it got there, because Hannah refused to tell. (It's part of why she refused the plea deal they gave her.) But it looks like the live rounds came from Thell Reed. There was an ammo shortage at the time Rust was filmed and it was supposedly hard to get enough dummies for the production. So she might have brought live rounds and billed the production for an inertia puller to take those rounds apart to make dummies herself. She might have missed those 6 rounds. (She also might have bought that inertia puller because she found a live round prior and tried to see if it really was live. The puller vanished after she had access to her truck, at least from what prosecution said in her trial.) Her organization skills were so bad, the rounds were just mixed together.. She used a fanny pack on set but it's all just put everywhere...
I find it interesting that he left that mental health commet in his billing, knowing it would be seen. Is it on purpose, hoping the court will have pity. Or is it just more of his stupidity.
TUG, do you watch Everything Autos? Gent tows trucks in Tennessee. Smokey mountains to be exact. His wife was by his side before but now their son needs a job. I always think of you when I watch them about their business helping people.
I think Special Prosecutor Kari Morrissey is trying to poke at Alec until he can't help himself and testify. And SAG can have rules all they want, they are superceded by the rules of the country and state the filming is done in. They even have that in the rules itself. And from what I gathered, New Mexico law says (amongst other things) the one that points at a person and pulls the trigger is at fault, iirc. He did that. And for people that think Baldwin shouldn't have been charged since Hannah is at fault. In this case more than one person can be at fault! If any one of these people had done their job, Halyna would be alive today. (Hannah checking the ammo and holding everyone on set to gun safety rules, Dave Halls making sure there's time for Hannah to do her job and everyone know the armorer has last say with the guns, Baldwin not pressuring the staff into going faster and faster and going to his safety courses and not pointing a gun at people! and not pulling the friggin trigger after he cocked the gun, which he wasn't even supposed to do because they were blocking the scene and a friggin stick would have sufficed! But Alec Baldwin the big hollywood guy wanted his big pew pew for everything, even when he isn't supposed to have it! Yes Hannah didn't have the balls for her job (and no being 24 isn't an excuse there are female armorers out there that weren't older than her when starting out and still did their job right!) but Alec Baldwin blew off safety on set multiple times before the incident, no one stopped him and he ultimately pulled the trigger!)
Ah, I feel sane. When I hashtagged my video, I also noticed Alec don’t come up! My video has 0 views. When I was streaming Hannah, I had hundreds. They also copyright struck me when I have license. I knew this was an attack!!!
Baldwin trial needs to set precedence and change laws nationwide regarding liability for who's HOLDING THE GUN. Personally, I think Baldwin should be responsible ALSO, because he's no neophyte. He knows better. He's handled guns his entire career and I'm pretty sure that New Mexico has extremely lax movie set regulations and oversight, which is why most gun movies are filmed there. If Balwin is this lazy and negligent, you can guarantee many others are too. Gun Rule #1: YOU are responsible for that gun. Full stop.
You’ll need to google it to see a full explanation, it’s quite interesting. But basically it’s a breakdown of expenses from the lawyer that a client has accumulated.
@1:52:14 - Did he really just say Spartacus had guns? I didn't know guns existed 73-71 B.C. 🤔 This was a terrible opening statement & he's a shit lawyer!
I’m not an Alec Baldwin fan, but I have to say he looks like someone who has cried for a week. I know what that looks like. His eyes and swelling under them As well. 🤷♀️
I see what you are saying about xanax nodding off, BUT think of this... When listening to something important or something you are trying to focus on and try to take in, you close your eyes and listen. The idea being removing the sense of sight improves your hearing.
Sorry, there's no live rounds on movie sets!!!! What ...then how are there live ones in the gun?!!! Yeah he is sleeping, an the guy he paid 😮sucks. Don't know how I feel about him being guilty, but the chick should not have been on set. An I see her as definitely in the wrong! An this is why I always liked Steven...he is straight up what you see.
I stand behind Alec Baldwin because it’s much safer than standing in front of him.
😂
😂
Dude, you are everywhere!

“Laura - it’s like the movie SAW - but with vocal fry!” 😂

I'm sorry I missed the stream but I did not feel well. Love you all. Thanks for keeping up the streams.💕💕💕💙

Those comments were were funny. Laura is unhinged.
Hahaha 🤣👍❣️ Love you Tug , you make my day!!!😎🏖🤪❣️
If the AB situation wasn't so grim, it would be Hilaria ous 😂
You know she produced a copy of her account statement to prove that she had $400K in her checking.
What’s going on baby…. What’s going on 🤣
This is so sad. The poor director her family going through hell. And Alec he looks liked he has cried for a long time.

If I'm not mistaken, one of the reasons they shoot movies in New Mexico is to get around A LOT of those SAG/ movie rules.
@@MissChievousRN i think so, yes

okay so, I kept watching, and he is totally nodding off too. The jerk movement catching his head as he realizes its nodding 🤣
