If DG has a hearing disability just like his client, he has no proof or medical evidence. He does not wear hearing aids. Also, I wholeheartedly believe that if he couldn't hear, he would have spoken up and said so. No hearing loss, no babies.

Sure, one writes in the light most favorable to their client, without lying! Gingras is an idiot or hasn't read the law, etc. because Family Law matters are NOT heard by a jury! These hearings and trials are ALL done by the Judge! Plus, the right to a jury trial is a right for criminal defendants, not a civil plaintiff or respondent... Note in civil cases the parties are plaintiff and respondent v plaintiff and defendant in a criminal case.
