yes, Eufy got caught up in a fiasco with thumbnail pics going thru the cloud service. It's disappointing but not a show stopper for me. I mostly make a case to only point cameras at things I wouldn't mind ending up online.
Been thinking about one of those inexpensive light socket cameras. Only $26 on Amazon. Don't know the network functionality and viewing with a PC (instead of a phone). Will they work with TMobile? I think you said you have ring and wouldn't it be similar? By the way, after buying the trash can lid on your recommendation, I've had a continuous secondary connection since (where previous hardly ever saw it) and a consistently better download speed, near double.
yes they work with tmobile, I didnt check PC access but worst case is you could get an android emulator to run the app on your PC. Good to hear your fan helps!
hardwired is more robust but that's also not always an option for some installations or very cost prohibitive. I certainly don't rely on cameras alone for home security.
@@NaterTater A camera in the house helps more then them OUTSIDE of the house ! Ask me how i know :) I woulden't call a Wireless Camera a "security" device also..
Bought three indoor cameras. Worked fine in 30 day trial but when tried to subscribe, the welcome email came and the app says I’m connected but no recording allowed. Different message says I’m not connected to amazon account. Trying to get to support is an endless loop. Very frustrated!
Another awesome and honest review! Thanks
Thanks for watching!
I'm in NYC and i just mite get 2 , Thanks
Does it still work well during winter or like when there’s not much sunlight?

@@NaterTater They are supposed to work with a PC or phone. It seems like quite a simple solution although the range appears limited to 35 feet.
With all the WiFi issues and jamming capabilities maybe we should go back to hardwire... what do you think?
100% A wireless camera is easy to defeat !

I'm confused. These dont use an Amazon account.
@@NaterTater The app indicates that an Amazon Account is necessary for motion detection recording.
