A little French perfume review about the iconic and luxury perfume Chanel n°5. This is one of the most iconic French perfume created in 1921 by Ernest Beaux for Coco Chanel. It is the epitome of the French elegance.
This perfume is elegant, classy and sophisticated with a clean fresh and soapy Aldehyde note combined with sensual Ylang Ylang and white flowers. It is very feminine and sensual, so no wonder why Marilyn Monroe used to wear only Chanel n°5 before going to bed. I
This is also a very modern and timeless perfume. I like to wear this perfume when I want to be elegant and sophisticated. Very Parisian style.

Chanel No5 will always be the love of my life❤ I dont understand why people hate it so much. Its been my favourite for so long. I love the Edt too but i prefer the Edp. I hate it when people call perfumes 'old lady'. Vintage perfumes are the best perfumes. Thank you Alice
The best❤️ I 100 % agree with you about this perfume. On me its really buttery smooth and a little bit spicy flowery(yellow,golden). I LOVE it, and especially the drydown!
I choose this for my signature because i love it and i always get compliments on it and also i know that it is a timeless perfume, which means that it will probably be around forever, and never get "out of date".
And also it makes me happy to think about that one day my daughter might want to wear it, and my children can remember me by this perfume, the way that i remember my great grandmothers l’heure bleue:-)
i dont think this ever will be discontinued, at least i hope it wont.

Yes it is very warm and spicy on the dry down…. With a very buttery and powdery clean soapy notes… I love Chanel n5! Such a beautiful perfume you can forget ! Thank you🥰
I love the 5 in every concentration and for me it's a 'working horse ' that makes me wake up and holds me like a corsage with angels's wings. I Love its ylang, it's iris, its purity.
I like your metaphore and comparison. Yes there is something airy and a little bit angelic in this perfume. Probably because of the white flowers but the aldehyde is very airy.

I absolutely adore this perfume my easy go to classic perfume but my husband says it smells like baby powder 😂 😂
it is lovely, but what do you think about the longevity? i have the edt and it doesn't last very long on my skin.
Wear purfums on your hair if you want to extend their lasting.
I always prefer EDP vs EDT. For Chanel n5 I only get EDP. The longevity is good and the sillage is amazing. I am still smelling the perfume I spray for my review in my dining room.

Your face seems to get thinner every video! Maybe do one on French diet? And I don’t mean like the “why French women don’t get fat” book kind of thing. Or maybe I do. Of course it helps that the portions are smaller and you have to walk a lot in Paris just to get to places. But a I would rather be interested in your own more personal perspective. Also if you ever manage to compare Liu to Eau première, please do let us know! 😉
Yes I look thinner. I have a very active busy life and I do gym + walking in paris like a chicken with his head cut off.😂 I don’t think there is a French diet but I do have a special diet with more vegetables and low sugar intake
@@Aliceinparisofficial I noticed that there are some weird acoustics in the new spot in the corner where you have been filming recently. There is a weird reverberation going on which slightly distorts your voice and makes it sound a little bit shrill. And I know it’s not because I’ve watched your other videos and you have a very nice voice. This wasn’t happening in the US and also not by the fireplace.
Ohh god!! I just came across your video and all I can hear is soapy soapy soapy in 18 min long video.. If it was 5-7 min video would love to watch it whole without skipping ..Please it cut short..
