Very impressive, helpful stuff. Going through a lot of your videos now. Been working on handstands consistently (I've kind of always been able to do handstands since I was a kid, but no focused training) for about 4 years now... best hold time is 1:55. Discipline is there for several training sessions per week (I mostly do CrossFit training and coaching), but motivation from seeing concrete results has been lagging (especially for single arm handstand). Your video on volume being the key driver of fitness adaptation made it clear: I just need to do more. There's no hack. Just have to put in the time and work. Thank you for your hard work and making these videos.
Re watching this now obv your mobility all over is fantastic, but in terms of lower body complexity are there any things that u would recommend, maybe things that made a big difference to you own movement over the years. Cheers bren

Inspirational stuff right here. I hope to do even a fraction of these feats.
So just started the 30/30 sit in squat challenge. Short videos like this makes it easy to stay in it for 5min at a time 😎👍
Great work
Man - just staggering work!
