Conor is of lesser stardom than Lesnar (Lesnar has been a recognizable name in sports/fitness for much longer), but he is the future of the UFC as of right now.

He wouldn't destroy Mayweather, you know why? He'd be pulled from the fight for refusing to do press again! Even if they fought, Mayweather would take the fight to about round 6 or 7 and go for the kill. Connor doesn't conserve his energy, that's why he lost the last time, his dumb ass gave up in the middle of the fight and just tapped.
Boxing is different than MMA though. In MMA, for one it's 5 minute rounds, and secondly your cardio system is being worked harder, energy consumption is much higher. I think McGregor has the stamina to go 12 rounds with Floyd, but he'd lose a wide UD in my opinion. Floyd can't be beaten in a boxing ring.
