Ron doesn't understand how odds work with home and away teams. The Vikings are 2.5 point favorites over the Lions at home. The home team gets 3 points. So on a neutral field, the Lions would be .5 point favorites. When the Vikings play at the Lions, they would be 3.5 underdogs as of right now. I'm guessing the Rams are like .5 point favorites at home against the Vikings in week 8. They would be 5.5 point dogs if it was in Minnesota. Does that make sense, Ron? As you stated, you don't do a lot of betting so it makes sense you weren't aware of how this all works.
Minny has to create a rush attack as deadly as their pass attack, then nobody will stop them. Too many critics and I think even Viking coaches just assume we can't run with Chandler and Ham.
