Personally, I don't really think that Cam walking out of his Interview is that disrespectful. You gotta remember, he didn't just lose any game, he lost the super bowl, probably the biggest game of his life. The fact that he agreed to sit down and get interviewed showed class in my opinion. Also, what they don't tell you is there are a few Broncos players taunting Cam off camera. I wouldn't just sit there and let myself be the subject of that kind of abuse. It's not like he says anything bad, he just calmly walks off camera.
THE Woofman1243 ft. PArtPaNDa cam spent the whole 2015 season dabbing and celebrating 15 wins and only having to deal with one loss. But then when they lost the SB he acted a like a bitch about it. Just be even when you win or lose and people will respect you more.
Cam Newton's loss was painful for everyone on that team. Imagine having one of the best seasons of your career then trying everything you can to help your team win and then after that loss you have to have camera's constantly in your face constantly asking you about how you feel about that loss. If be pissed off too
What you do in the regular season DOESN'T MATTER if you don't win in the end. May I present Exhibit A. Dan Marino had the BEST season by a quarterback in NFL history in 1984 but LOST to the 49ers 38-16 in Super Bowl XIX at Stanford Stadium. I remember that the media was saying that the Niner defense wouldn't be able to stop Miami's offense. Well, they did. Marino was sacked six times and threw two interceptions. After the game everyone was like, "It's OK. The Dolphins and Dan Marino will go back to the Super Bowl. Well, Don Shula, Dan Marino and the Miami Dolphins NEVER made it back to the Super Bowl.
Matt Ryan showed More Class and Sportsmanship in his Post Game "SUPERBOWL" Press Conference than Cam Newton did in his own Post Game "SUPERBOWL" Press Conference the year before.
It is quite telling when I saw the #1 Unsportsmanlike Act, and it was the Seahawks starting a fight when the opposing offense is in a victory formation... just last week, they did the same thing against the Jacksonvill Jaguars. The Seahawks are a bunch of sore losers and jerks.
Look, I am not a Seattle fan, but that was only a few players that were fighting and it's not the whole team. You shouldn't criticize the whole program for 1 act and I think Pete Carroll would have taken care of it.
No Ian, it's the whole culture of that team. And it starts and ends with Carroll. And their fans actively encourage such behavior because "let players be themselves!"
Gerald Burgos i am a seattle fan and i was disappointed by their actions in Jacksonville but it's not right when ANY team does it. So many teams and players do stuff like this.
The reason seattle gets in fights in victory formation is because they run the play normally and attack the line of scrimmage. You never know if the opposing team will fumble. But the offensive line gets upset at it and sees it as an attack since they are not expecting it.
When the jaguars were kneeling at home against the Seahawks and Michael Bennett got thrown out for trying to hit the kneeling qb and then gets hit by a bottle from the fans walking off the field. Definitely a jags home game from the 2017 or newer
