I bought one hoping to get video / audio connection with Video doorbell, but I could only get audio only connection. This was the main point that made me buy it. Since I have 2 different models of Video Doorbells and both of them work correctly in Tuya App, I'm disapointed and looking for some help. Can any of you provide and hints ? Even if its a forum for discussion. If I don't solve this, I'll probably return the unit.
I have this smart panel. It`s stuck on the boot screen. I tryed to press de reset button, turn off and turn on the eletric source and nothing happens. Do you know how to solve it?

My control panel arrived spoilt and your company refuses to do an exchange and keep claiming the electricity is faulty in my house. Mine is a brand new house and all my other appliances and switches are working fine
If there is no neutral where you removed the old switch, you may need to get an electrician to connect an extra neutral, but this can be an expensive option😨
Hi, I do not have neutral wire installed at home, is it possible to wire in L and leave the N empty? I just need the control panel to pair to my other tuya switches and use it as a gateway.
@@moes.official Thanks for the reply. I thought it might work similarly to how I pair devices through my phone app and use the app to control these devices, but apparently those smart panels in the market all require neutral wire :(
How do you reset this device and place in pairing mode?
Well i dont have an extra Switch outlet , So can i use a type C port
