Wow .It's a nice trip. I have been in Khao Yai National Park 2 times for long ago. For my memory , I and our friends also with National park officers ,we explored in the deep forest , we hear tiger sound also. In your vlog , I see the developing in Khao Yai National Park , in the past there are no coffee shops and food shop on the park . Elephants feed by mahouts are not fierce but wild elephants are fierce and dangerous to be closer because they can attacked you in anytime .
I believe it! We were expecting there to be less food options inside the park than there were! There still weren't a ton, but we did have some options. Hopefully when we go back we can do actual trekking with a guide! 😍
Lollll we started doing a different trek and I had like 3 leeches within less than 5 min 🤣 so I was just like NOPE and we went to the easy one at the visitors center instead 🤦♀️ but omg you should totally start one!!! The best time to start is yesterday! 🎉 lol go for it!
We would love to spend more time there! It's hard because I work in a school in Bangkok. So usually we can only go on weekends. We drove around for hoursssss trying to see elephants!!! I've been there once. It was amazing. The weather below is very hot. But up there, the weather is so cool that my friends and I fell asleep for 2 hours and caused some mistakes in the plan. But still have time to go to various waterfalls up there. It's so beautiful I hope to go there again.❤❤❤

Next time you should come on winter and drive up to other top view point name Khoa Kiew not far from the 17°c coffee.shop it's the hightest point of central part of Thailand and the view so amazing.

If you go to Kui Buri National Park, you definitely find the wild elephants and other animal there. Close to Kui Buri National Park. You can visit Sam Roi Yot National Park. But this time is the rainy season. Going to a natural park is a bit dangerous. You should wait until the end of October. . Thanks to share your clips ^^

😱 omg that's amazing!! We really wanted to see an elephant, but if we saw a tiger while on the back of the truck during the night safari?!? That would've been SO scary!!!! lol
I loveeee the Erawan Falls!! We went to Kanchanaburi when we first moved here, but we didn't make a video 😭 we need to go back again and do one soon! ❤️
The tricks to met elephants are time, temperature, and luck. When the temperature dropped in winter late afternoon , especially after 4 or 5 PM, they will come out from the forest to get the heat from the warm road surface. The rest is your luck. I went there several times but never met one. Also, don't miss Pha Diao Dai, I think it is the best viewpoint to see the whole Khao Yai from the top. There are 2 other viewpoints nearby as well. Next time, try the restaurant at the Visitor Centre which is much better than the one at campsite. Also elephants often patrol around that area.
We would love to go back again to try to see elephants! Also when we went to viewpoints we’re closed!! We got coffees by the visitor center, but we didn’t eat there. Hopefully we can go back to Khao Yai soon! ❤️

@@wichetleelamanit6195 Yesss - we realized that when we tried to do one of the longer treks. A guide would definitely be very helpful!!

ปกติ ถ้ามีเวลาว่าง หยุดหลายๆวัน คนไทยที่ชอบแคมป์ปิ้งจะชอบไปเที่ยวที่เขาใหญ่ค่ะ จริงๆมีอุทยานแห่งชาติที่อื่นในไทยอีกแต่อยู่ในจังหวัดอื่นๆ
เราเคยไปที่เขาใหญ่ ได้เจอแค่จระเข้ กวาง สุนัขจิ้งจอก กวาง แต่ยังไม่เคยเห็นโขลงช้างเหมือนกันค่ะ
แต่ก็มีนักท่องเที่ยวหลายคนเจอช้างโดยบังเอิญ ช้างบางตัวมาตัวเดียว บางครั้งมาเป็นครอบครัวช้าง เช่นขับรถไปแล้วเจอโขลงช้างเดินข้ามถนนเพื่อเดินเข้าไปในป่า ตามทางถึงมีป้ายให้ขับรถ หรือมอเตอร์ไซค์ช้าๆ เพราะกลัวไปชนกับสัตว์ป่าค่ะ
บางอุทยานแห่งชาติในจังหวัดอื่นของไทย เคยมีกล้องที่เจ้าหน้าที่อุทยานตั้งกล้องไว้ในป่าเพื่อจับภาพของสัตว์ป่า ก็จะมีหลายครั้งที่กล้องจับภาพเจอ เสือโคร่ง เสือดาว และ เสือดำ ค่ะ แต่ปกติพวกนี้จะไม่ค่อยออกมาให้มนุษย์เห็น

I used to find tigers and elephants here about 20 years ago on night safar tour.. it was so excited because I was on the back of the pickup truck.😱
😱 omg that's amazing!! We really wanted to see an elephant, but if we saw a tiger while on the back of the truck during the night safari?!? That would've been SO scary!!!! lol

The tricks to met elephants are time, temperature, and luck. When the temperature dropped in winter late afternoon , especially after 4 or 5 PM, they will come out from the forest to get the heat from the warm road surface. The rest is your luck. I went there several times but never met one.
Also, don't miss Pha Diao Dai, I think it is the best viewpoint to see the whole Khao Yai from the top. There are 2 other viewpoints nearby as well.
Next time, try the restaurant at the Visitor Centre which is much better than the one at campsite. Also elephants often patrol around that area.
We would love to go back again to try to see elephants! Also when we went to viewpoints we’re closed!! We got coffees by the visitor center, but we didn’t eat there. Hopefully we can go back to Khao Yai soon! ❤️

I really recommend camping on Maingam Beach on Surin islands national park. Its the best!
