22:00 Sequences like this are why I loved SFIV. The inherent move sets and judicious use of the Supers and Ultras made some matches play out like a violent chess match with some excitement and hype for flavor. It was just fun to watch especially when two skilled players like this take each other to task for their mistakes in efficient ways that make it look easy...when I couldn't FADC my way out of a paper bag if you paid me to let alone play the game normally. I'm hoping that kind of hype based game play translates into the matches in SF6. I want to be able sit back and enjoy watching tournaments again.
SFIV engine was really unpredictable at times, today you can still witness some stuff that you never saw before, its amazing
Rewatching the match, one year later I still have no clue why he didn't do scizzor into super there at the end, or scizzor into redfocus into ultra, or anything else. Maybe he was just derping around? Sick games still, fun to rewatch

I LOVED SF4. It was the game that really got me into fighting games. SF5 was okay, lackluster at launch and it didn't captivate me, had the same hold on me, the same way SF4 did. I was a solid Bison player in SF4, if I say so myself, but it has been years since I have played. I would love to jump back in and play sometime soon.

I've heard bison is a 3-7 matchup against guile, a very popular character with far fewer bad matchups. The most unenjoyable time of sfiv was AE guile meta.

My Vega flying in the air to slice and m.bisons jumping footstomp is tough for me to counter as an intermediate or so player, I play evil ryu and balrog primarily

exactly ... when he jumped with HK, Smug extended his hurtbox not the bison had a strange hitbox... its like when Zangiel jump with d.HP in crossover and a shoto simply execute d.HP... will be a trade or counter zang jump attack

At the 10:30 minute mark, as far as I can tell by that Bison uppercut. Dudly has his entire body sideways with the hit box being at his fists up front. Good pose to poke the player at the edges, but if you did what smug did by having the hit box behind the opponent and the vulnerable body directly above. Then a strike upwards is all you need to do to hit dudly. Why the body snapped to the location of the hitbox/fist is beyond me.
