Hi my machine it not work it just add water after not wash it wrote EI

@FikileMsibi-h5n EI means Error so Try turning off the machine and unplugging it for a few minutes before plugging it back in and restarting it and also check if all the valves are connected properly

@PuseletsoPuse-xi6tm you should have it checked but before you do check Lid/safety switch, the drive belt that connects the motor to the drum if the belt is worn,broken,or have slipped it won't spin also check drainage problems and if the problem persist then you should have it checked

I don't know the amount of noise but even mine too so I think it's normal but if the noise is too much then you should have it checked
