Couple of problems experienced, I see the people in the comments have similar questions. Feed back please. 1) My biggest issue is the Clothes softener function doesn't work. After a full wash the softener is still in its compartment. 2) and also makes a grindy sound when spinning ? My machine is very new, about two months now ....

Their is maitence drum clean cycle ..on the menue ... at least 2 x year and x 2 year checking the fliter
