Also he is meant to be a 1 shotter whether its with his np or 3 buster cards so this just makes him even more potent at doing that since his crit buster cards can now do even more on top of it

I mean if you aren't buffstacking to oneshot the enemy using the NP you would most likely use his NP before any of his buster card anyway (if you have your NP duh) so it's not that bad. Plus since he has a 50% battery it does help if you can get his first NP normally then go for the loop. Not the best by far but better than nothing
The problem here is they can do well, but just give us enough instead, while can very well give us the best, i dunno why but you can definitely see this from some of the buffs DW gives recently, and what grinds me even more is some buffs are perfect, some are perfect but misplaced like this

I feel like, with it being 2T and not activating first, for most players, the extra effect won't be as useful to Kintoki himself outside of solos. Still, it may help the teammates some, and an NP upgrade is always nice. So then, uh, DW, when are you going to buff some non-gold units? Also, wtf the h-e-double-fuck was that Ibaraki buff?
