Item's designing steps have been described in a very much detail(s) using different concepts. Animation is good . Procedure( used) is very easy to understand/comprehend. Really Appreciated effort(s). Thanks 👇 N.Rashid H.Khan (U.S.A) 🌹🐦🐦🐦🌹
Can you please explain me why you need to do copy surface to create that one feature ? Can't we directly create that profile on original surface instead ?
Copying a surface in SOLIDWORKS is often preferable to modifying the original surface directly because it: Keeps the original design unaltered. Allows for localized changes without affecting the whole model. Enables experimentation on a separate surface. Creates a distinct surface body for specific uses. Think of it like molding clay - copy the surface to make changes without messing up the original.
Hi Kiran! How are you doing? The term "zero offset surface" isn't a standard feature in SolidWorks, but the general practice of offsetting and manipulating surfaces is common in CAD software. SolidWorks allows for creating multiple configurations and leveraging existing surfaces in design, particularly in product design for components, airplanes, automotive parts, and more. While it may not be a specific concept, the ability to offset surfaces is a fundamental and versatile tool. Engaging in hands-on practice with complex parts enhances understanding and proficiency in utilizing these features.
@@CADable sir please suggest more videos on offset surface or other fearutures to get excellent surface finish...try some videos related to car bonnet, tail gate, etc
Thanks so much man, I learnt much from this video...mad respect to you
Glad to know that, keep practicing Solidworks 😃❤️
Great video
Thank you 😊
