The project was initially supposed to be delivered in Mar 2022( RERA date), now being pushed to Mar 2023. There is no communication to homebuyers by the ambience management, the number of labours working on the project is very less , the progress of interior work is also very less. Not sure if they will be able to deliver.

Some observations A) Society is facing the udhyog vihar where labour movement in morning and evening is a big pain. Also late night issues with them , saftey would be a big issue B) Looks like a concrete town , virtually no views , 4 bhk is facing behind of the club C)open Spaces are very limited , developer used it completely by creating wing towers D) Master bedroom looks like a kids room in size in 4 bhk , god knows what will be 2 and 3 bhi like E) Half basket ball , what is that ? F) There is a village before delhi border where all labour lives and try moving out in morning and evening For the price you get much better options and location.

Same goes for Sohna road, golf course ext. and in fact almost all locations of Gurgaon, traffic will be there, what matters is whether the roads will get wider abd traffic is comtrolled
Guys please do not invest in ambience group properties.. they are just standing thr is some issue with no handover that too in both the locations noida and gurgaon

Lodha NCP Mumbai Wadala has a club house area of 75000 sqft.. The biggest in the country I guess..
