Before Checkin
Take a blank paper and write
Room No.
Rent Agreed.
Security
No. of sharing
Electricity bill per unit price (check properly some charge very high above normal bill).
Sub-meter for your room.
Food and Snaks no. of time served.
Other charges.
Table & Chair if available.
Get the paper signed by Owner and You, keep original copy with you and give photocopy to Owner.
Take one ID photocopy of PG incharge or Owner,and send it to your family.

Hey, thanks Tanya for explaining the detailed information. However,I guess you forgot to mention one stuff. Many owners nowadays do not do one time power back up payment & tenant end up renting such flat and face low power back up problems. Kindly check on this too aspiring tenants.

Please make a few videos on hotel
rentals in your city. You can go to a specific hotel and can converse with the authorities regarding making videos which would also serve their promo. You can show us different kinds of rooms in different price segments. You stayed in one Boat House which charge was Rs. 15 K / day. That was very nice one. But in this case what we request you is that you don't have to stay in a suite for one night and show us the the suite thoroughly. You try to show us things

Look for phase 5 societies. Very close to horizon center and some have pgs as well. :)

2 BHK can range between 20-35k based on different areas. And 3BHK can range between 40-60k again based on area and furnishings available. But again, there are also uber luxury apartments available that can also go into lakhs

If you’re a girl and someone who is looking to rent out a place, I’m looking for a replacement for me at a villa in D block, Rosewood City, Sector 50 as I’m moving to Bangalore :)
- it’s an independent 3BHK house (a duplex) with a front yard and a backyard
- it has two terraces
- fully furnished:
• Living room: TV, sofa set, dining table
• Kitchen: RO, Fridge, Chimney, Microwave, Geyser
• Rooms: ACs, Bed, Geysers in the washrooms, Giant mirrors as well
And washing machine.
Two rooms are already occupied. :) One is available for rent.

The area is beautiful, very green, you’ll always be greeted by squirrels and birds in the mornings :)
