    I noticed that I started sleeping 8-9 hours when I started lifting weights. I use dumbells. I think strengthening is working my body where it really needs the rest.

    I read that we really need 1/2 body weight in protein per day. So if a person weighs 200 lbs, that person needs 100 grams of protein daily.
