Hi Julie! I love their eyeliner, but haven't tried the plumping lip gloss! Thank you so much for the review! The packaging is super cute and retro and that color is beautiful! I like the sound of a moisturizing plumping lip gloss - I don't like when plumping glosses burn your lips
