Made the chicken biryani and it was amazing. Almost tasted as good as when I was in India:) Now I will try this vegetable biryani! Don't have cottage cheese but it'll be good! Indian food is so good and flavorful.
Hi, prepared this today for lunch and it came out really well..never knew making perfectly cooked Biryani is this easy...i added little butter while sauting the garam masala and used paneer instead of cottage cheese..thank you!

" One question ; what can I substitute for the dried onion you use in the rice ? I know that I would have difficulty in sourcing this product where I live.
+Ronan Brennan It's easy to make the dried onion ... here you go Take 3- 4 onions. Slice them thin. Deep dry them in oil. Drain oil and freeze. Use as required.
