Our application was received on 8/16, and we already got the receipt notice and the Biometrics appt, very strange that they haven't responded yet. Did you submit the G-1145 for e-notification? I received a text 3 days after they received the application letting me know that they had received it, because I sent the G-1145 together with each form.
@@dinojohnson305 i couldn’t take one money order of 1440 in july 24. So i took 1000 and 440 from usps. They sent a receipt and my case is processing. Also dont forget to attach the filing fee for EAD.
@@lorabel282 regarding the address you are going to be sending to the same address kung saan nyu ipinasa yung AOS packet, kung saan nabelong yung state po nin.u. May instructions naman din po doon sa letter. And also sa account nyu mimo sa USCIS meron po doon makikita nn.u 💞

Hi sis, thank you very much! So I didn't have an account on USCIS when I applied. Meron sa form I485 question doon if meron kana answerable by YES or NO. So I said no, when they received it they also gave me a notification na kailangan ko mag login using the information na ginawa nila. You will receive a paper instruction for it. Mabilis lang din siya kasi pre-made na siya. I will upload video about how to fill-out I485 soon.

@@jeanirishblah Hi, so the K1 Visa is valid for 6 months depende sa medical exam nyu. Its a SINGLE ENTRY to the US so you need to be in the US before your Visa expires. Pagdating nyu ng US your 90 days will then start. You need to get married within 90 days or else uwi kayu ng Pinas. After getting married NO STATUS na tayu sa US. Its up to you if you want to apply AOS right away or wait for awhile. You can travel anyways in the US but you cannot go outside the US unless you apply for Advance Parole kumg wala kpa GC.

@@taurusgirl08 90 days is only the rule for k1 fiance to marry the petition you have to marry him before it expires, if hindi ngpakasal within 90 days you should exit the country that's the meaning of 90 days po. . After nyan pag nakasal there is no problem you can apply anytime AOS anytime.

Pag 3-4 weeks wala pa mag public inquiry ka for your case number. 💞 Nasa NOA2 mo yan nakalagay yung link kung saan ka pwede mgpublic inquiry.
