Can you please review and compare MG 5 Style Vs Alpha? I'm planning to buy 1 but am conflicted if it is worth it to upgrade to Alpha. I don't care about the leather seat though. Thanks
Yung explanation mo ng interior puro mukha mo yung kuha, walang cut away habang dinedescribe mo yung kotse. Iniisip ko na lang limitado oras nyo. Puro ikaw yung kuha din, tama yung isang nagcomment parang limitado rin yung road test nyo. Tingin ko rin limitado equipment nyo. Hope ma improve ayoko i kumpara sa Autodeal pero lamang sila sa pag ka car review.

Sobrang ganda ng porma ng MG5, ayos din yung mga features. Madaming meron sa kanya na wala sa competitors. Problema lang talaga fuel consumption. Napaka lakas mag consume ng gas. Yung infotainment din madalas problema ng clients. Di pa siya ganun ka realiable. Pero sa price point niya, ang hirap tanggihan.
Siguro dahil nga sa 1.5L yung engine and since China-made yung MG5 hindi talaga pino ang fuel efficiency ng makina as compared to Japanese and European models.
Fuel efficient sya
Kaya nya mag 9-11kms/ltr sa Manila. It's still fuel efficient despite its engine size. Compared to the last car I had which is a Lancer EX 2.0 with 5-7kms/ltr for city drive.
Yung nag sasabi na malakas sa fuel and madami issues ang MG5, tanong ko lang, may MG5 kayo?
We're planning to get this one next month. I hope walang problema sa after sales... Halos LAHAT naman cguro mga gamit na ginagamit at made in China na...
but if you wait for a while.... new model MG5 is coming.... when you see it you'll be blown away. This model reviewed here is OK but it looks like a refrigerator on wheels... comparing to upcoming model

I’ve read many complaints about batteries that are just lasting for less than a year, is it normal?
Case to case pa rin kasi yung ibang owners di naman ginagamit ang oto lagi. Meron ako nakita almost one year na pero 6k kms pa lang tinatakbo. Yung stock battery kasi is maliit so palitin talaga siya in a year. I guess MG needs to address this issue.
Battery replace within a year fron the date of purchase is covered under warranty.

Bakit mas maraming features ang AT keysa MT variants? Not only in MG5 but mostly lahat ng brands. Nasa matic lahat ng magagandang features.

Nope. Baliktad nangyari sa MG5. Yung MT ang mas maraming features kumpara sa AT (in terms of core variant) kaya mas mabenta yung MT.
Coz Car Manufacturers are shitting up the MT. They're always placing the MT models on lowest trim line, cheapened interiors and basic only. Even thought most MT users just want an MT tranny without cheapening the features. MG5 surely hit that spot.

I was about to get this one pero naisip ko yung aftermarket nya baka mhirap makahanap. Huhu Bought Vios XLE CVT instead.
@Nhel Villanueva good choice sir Vios binili mo, I was having a dillema same with you, MG5 is really a bang for the buck pero yun nga lang, hindi cya popular car, bihira din ang MG vehicles makikita sa daan, baka in the long run mag discontinue ang MG. Me, I'm going for the Suzuki Dzire 2021
