Pork Char Siu Recipe on Outdoor South East Asian Bucket Grill - Outdoor Cooking

Marinade :
Char siu sauce (1/2 jar)
Char siu flavor packet (1/2 packet)
Dark soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
Minced garlic
Black pepper
Oil
Chicken bouillon powder (1 tablespoon)
Water (1/2 cup)
Baste with other half of char siu sauce jar and mix with honey.

Char Siu pork is delicious. I'm going to try your recipe. I usually just use the Char Siu pink seasoning packet. I'll try your recipe and add the Char Siu jar as well.
