FYI, here's a good tip to prolong your pads for many uses. Before applying them to your skin, take an alcohol swab, or paper towel or cotton ball, and clean all of the oils off of your skin where you're going to apply the pad. The pad will stick so much better, and you won't be leaving oil from your skin on the pad when you peel it off. Your skin's oils are somewhat acidic, and over a relatively short amount of time will break down the adhesive on the pads. This prolongs the adhesive quality. But be aware, it does result in a much better adhesion to the skin, so it will be sort of like peeling a fresh bandaid off. Another benefit is when you apply the pad to a freshly cleaned patch of skin, the conductivity is so much better, so you feel less of that irritating "biting ants" tingling on the surface of your skin that's so common with the use of e-stim devices. The better the adhesion, the better the connection, and the better the connection, the less you feel it on the surface of the skin, and the more you feel it where you want to feel it. I just purchased this same product and I'm very impressed with it. I am grateful for this video though because the printed instructions are not very helpful. I wish companies would pay native English speakers to write a manual instead of doing it themselves. Sometimes it makes no sense.
Good quality product! A word of caution, I put it on and was waiting for something to start happening, nothing did so I increased the strength a couple of times. Then it dawned on me that I needed to connect the pads to the unit. WOW! Something happened then! 😅 I nearly shot myself out of the chair😮!! Be sure to wait until you are all set up before you adjust the strength of the unit. It packs a punch!😅 Thanks again for the video, I learned a couple of things I hadn't figured out yet.

at 6:30 I show the "time" button, just push it to increase the operating time up to 90 minutes.

So no batteries needed !? Also how long does it run I think I heard 90 min , so I’ll ask how intense is the pulse and what’s the difference in EMS AND TENS
no batteries, it is rechargeable as I mentioned. It will last for over three hours use on a charge. TENS is for pain, EMS is for muscle building.

Good review- but the carpal tunnel is on the palmer side of the wrist! Good to read the anatomy before using them so that you know you are targeting the right area. A very good review of Auvon quad.
