The seller’s did a massive renovation! I was able to look at the home recently with a client and it was spotless. I’m not surprised that it’s under contract!
You know I keep looking in the Bermuda Dunes Area. The only thing it is not close to the PS International Airport. But some of the Homes have bigger Properties. I like more bang for your buck. I like Cathedral City also, but the properties are smaller. The reason because I have family in Texas who love Palm Springs and they would fly and come to visit.
Hey Thomas, you can definitely find a lot of value in Bermuda Dunes. The one good thing is that you are close to the 10 freeway so that makes it a little easier going to Palm Springs airport. Thank you for watching!
@@TommyJordanRE Thank you for the info. Tommy. I don't know what I was thinking I always take Highway 111 to go from Palms Springs to Palm Desert and thought that was the only way from the Airport. I feel so dense in the head.
