Just picked up a bottle today while my intent was to test out the Y L'elixer. I ended up skipping the elixer & reached for the intense...& ohhh man this is nicely refined, smoother, cleaner, a tad incensey smokey (in a nice way) & is more distinct than the rest in the Y line.
I can definitely tell this apart from the rest. And as always, great review!
Any flanker they put out for this line I’m going to grab they are all bangers definitely my favorite designer line eau fraiche the edt and live are all fantastic but this the edp and le parfum are on another level can’t wait to see what they come out with next year

Many say y intense is redundant if you have any of the other flankers however I disagree if you have the le parfum, the intense on my skin smells so smooth and creamy. I still love the le parfum but on me smells a lot more fruity in your face enough to be used for a different occasion/ mood like he says In the video
Just got thia in today. I have y edp and le parfum. Giving the intense my fist wear. So far it’s definitely not intense lol. It’s ok it’s fresher for sure. Usually takes me a few wears to make my full impression

Its the EPITOME of a shower gel fragrance. Nothing more, nothing less. I sold mines two days after i bought it
The EDP always gets me complements. It is a great signature scent, all year round, any situation.
All YSL Y fragrance is good.
For my nose, I like Intense. More manly, the dry down is so good, woody, herb, bit spicy & powdery even though the main accords not including powdery scents, and you still can smell the aromatic.
The rest is more aromatic. Parfum bit more aromatic.
I have the Ysl Edp and i do like it but dont love it because it can be obnoxious with its power. I have to continuously remind myself not to spray too heavy because it can become very overwhelming not just for myself but especially others!
I sampled the intense version and loved it because it smelled great and not as in your face as the EDP!
I still have a lot more to finish with the Edp but when I'm done I'm definitely gonna pick up a bottle of the intense version because i do really love it and it performs well on my skin as well.
Exactly my thoughts! I'd recommend you to explore the new MYSLF as well if you like the Y EDP and look for something less "in your face"

I have edp and parfum both are great fragrances.
I had edp and edt. I had try this one, even got free 10ml sample. But this Intense is so generic, i ended up giving free sample to the shop. Was totaly uninspiring for me. But I got why people may like it.
Honestly when I first bought edp I didn’t mess with the opening because of that sweet apple. And because of that I didn’t like it, and ranked YSL edp as a bad cologne for me. But after like my 3rd wear I didn’t mind it, and now I love it. Maybe I’ll get this one.
I still can't smell the apple. I just get bergamot
The more mature and sophisticated one is Le Parfum to me
I'm thinking of buying it right now. I have a 20% off coupon. This perfume in Sweden costs about 95 dollars (or 990 Swedish krona), which with the discount would be about 76 dollars. Since I was hesitating whether to buy it or not, this video helped me. Otherwise, I like YSL perfumes, this one is really excellent. 🍻

I love to smell sweet fragrences and have 2 sweet ones that never ever use like Armani code Absolu and PR Victor Elixir.
I heard this one is for special ocasions, but love that is not sweet, is more woody

It's good, but not my favourite. I dont know if it's just me, but it kinda smells like DG light blue intense in the dry down. Le parfum remains on top for me.
I don‘t find the Le Parfum much sweet or cloying. Sure, it has a little sweetness in the background, but not so much as many others. And it blends really well with everything, nice long drydown and beastly performance. I have sampled the edp intense and wasn‘t much impressed by it, so no for me.
Strongly considering this. The EDP seems too sweet and playful, Le Parfum smelled decent but didn't wow me. Let me smell this and take it from there. Peace and love.

Edp was too sweet for me. I have the Y eau de toilette but it has poor performance. I got this one in and it last long and it smells good and a lot more tolerable then epd. I give it a nice 8/10. Generic but quality 👍

Im from tropical country, and the AEU FRANCHIE is the best.

I'm a big fan of Dolce Gabbana One and Jpg le male as it's nice clean and powdery scent not to strong also love Armaf clone for One million good bang for your bucks. I purchased Mercedes-Benz club black and way too sweet overpowering with the vanilla in it and the Creed clones Intence man and Milestone socks the opening is disgusting what ever is in it what so strong that I don't like but the drydown after 4 hours is ok but I haven't got that time to wait lol , it sucks big time. Norcisco Rodrigues bleu noir is also nice and different love Paco robanne also nice and not to sweet , just love it.
How well does it project tho? No point in being a compliment getter if people can't even smell it from a distance.

The intense version is the best one out of the whole line IMO. It is not so cloying and sweet, it has an earthy slightly mysterious note to it that makes it a little more unique.

niche could never beat top-selling designers lol, niche just lost every single battle with the designer in every street test.
I don't think niche fanatics understand that making a classic mass-appealing scent, which set a trend and has been copied by others (with limited budget and demanded ROI) is much more difficult than a scent only accepted by a few people. Almost every niche faded away in a couple years while BDC, Sauvage have been appreciated for decades.

Tried it out because I was intrigued with the idea of a fresh Y without the sweetness. Instead, in my opinion, YSL Y EDP Intense was disappointing.
It performs well like Y EDP and has significant versatility, but if someone wants freshness without the sweetness, there are better designer options outside the Y line.
I have the YSL Y EDT, YSL Y EDP, and YSL Y leParfum. Now considering the Intense 😎💪🏼

YSL L'Elixir just dropped
No offense, but this is a redundant flanker. For a more mature YSL experience go the Le Parfum and for the beastly performance go the EDP. I see this as a cash grab to be honest.
Nothing remarkable for the price, even if I like aromatics, this is nothing standing on its own. Designers are going too far with prices, and this will make many people rely on clones, I will be buying more clones and less designers too.
I see no reason to buy this. Tried this yesterday and was disappointed. For me it smells primitive, banal and similar to many others. Worst flanker in the YSL Y line.
