Great example of professional flying from a fantastic crew working together and briefing consistently throughout the flight. Excellent use of checklist and knowledge of the PFD, MFD and aircraft systems.
Great video and super professional pilots... I would fly with captain Marina anytime to anywhere! A very serious woman, but that is ok, when she smiles it lights up the cockpit...

One of the best videos I’ve seen from the Air-Clips. An hour of time worth watching. This is a great Bombardier Airplane that made me want to fly it a lot. Captain Marina is certainly very skilful pilot and the way she interacts with the 1st officer is very professional, no jokes, no smiles and no laughs, just concentration at all time flight. Great job from both sides (Air Clips & Air Baltic).
I really appreciate the lady captain with her copilot for her choosing flying career. She is brave with very high IQ and smart mentally and physically. God keep you blessed and your family must be proud of you.

Captain Marina is certainly a competent pilot judging by her pre-flight and flight sequence briefings and the way she handled the takeoff and landing of the Dash 8 Q400. She is confident and pleasant looking. The senior first officer is certainly disciplined and coordinated his work well with the captain. Again, thanks for this great video.
At 46:20 she pushes the condition levers to MAX to, I quote "speed up the deceleration". Anyone could explain why it would help decelerate faster? Thanks
I always love to see the captains announce the flight over the PA system. Don’t know why. But damn this video was well made. Love all the camera angles. Love the sequence, preflight check, onboard check, engine start sequence and so forth.

Very professional,I noted which direction Marina spun the blades and sure enough at 13:00 when the engine started,it was the same anti-clockwise DOT. They had a visit from the postman at 07:34. After all those pre-flight checks,Id need a lie down! 14:40 "Grandpa,remove the chops"? 15:00,it`s gone into reverse....my old two-stroke motorcycle used to do that sometimes,if the ignition caught wrong.Very embarrassing when you put a bike into gear,open the throttle and shoot off backwards... I`ll watch the rest soon :)

I am a private pilot but fly the Majestic Q400 in my P3D flight sim. That is the only aircraft I fly now. This video was great. Excellent pilots.
