I am so grateful for the knowledge….and the sharing of that knowledge by these awesome men. I learn something every time I watch these lives and read on the forum. Thank you
Hey Jim, just wanted to say I've been adding in the pull ups between all of my fsl+accessories and have gone from doing 1-2 reps per (14-18 total reps per session) set to 4-5 (30-34 reps per session) reps per set in about 3 1/2 weeks. Looking forward to doing this for 2 more training cycles before testing. Thanks for all the help!
Russell, if you are in here, talk to the coach. I run the strength and conditioning program 5 days a week for my school. There are 2 upper and 2 lower days. Wednesday's we play a game that incorporates all ovvement. I have two workouts. One for the In-season athlete and one for the out of season athlete. Basically the same but one has more reps and accessory work and one has less repos and less accessory work depending on meet/game day.
Just finished Dan Johns 10,000 KB Challenge, now back to 5/3/1 basic for 2 cycles then try BBS for squat & jokers for bench. Leave the deadlift at 5s pro or even just minimal reps as my deadlift can climb w/o a ton of volume. Thanks Jim!

Thank you Jim for answering my questions once again!

Great movie choices
Collateral was awesome, big Michael Mann (director) fan. Heat is all time #1 for me.
